Love the game
As a huge X-Men fan I was intrigued by this game. As someone who isn’t a hardcore gamer it’s interesting and not too hard to play. The storyline isn’t very expansive so it’s not as long a game as it probably could be but it’s still decent. It can get repetive and there isn’t much of a chance to explore or break things to find little extras as there are in some other games.I do wish once you had beaten the game it would give an option to replay as an actual X-Men or Brotherhood character but overall it’s a good game.

I absolutely love the game, I mean I used to have it but my disc got damaged but all these people are all worried about being able to explore and wanting hd resolution, it’s an older game, what do you expect? The power progression is flawless, I love this game. If you want hours of game play, this is your game. I promise. (would have loved to have seen a squeal to the game)

X-Men: Destiny is a good game. However, I feel the concept had greater potential than the game provided. Whether playing for the X-Men or the Brotherhood, the game is vastly similar. I would have liked more impact for the choices you make. I think with greater impact and variety of the story (based upon your decisions), this game could have been great. Despite this, the game is very re-playable. Each of the three characters has a different story, which provides different conversational reactions throughout the game. The three powers each have their strengths and weaknesses. Within them each have 3 sub powers in which you can choose power a or power b. Starting a new game with the same character after beating the game allows you to continue to upgrade powers (or change sub powers) and change ‘teams’ (X-Men or Brotherhood). I have played the game multiple times without getting bored and will play it many more times in the future.
xmen destiny is a short but great game, good graphics and story and animation. some of the boss fight are difficult such as the Sentinel robot and the main villain at the end final boss fight. you see most of the same enemies in the game and it does get repetitive button mashing your way through.
