Great Product
I found Sonic and Sega All Stars Racing to be very fun. The maps are visually appealing and detailed and makes it quite evident the creators of the game spent a lot of time on it. The game consists of both single player and online gameplay. Single player mode consists of over 60 different missions of varying gametypes. These gametypes include race, destruction, and other challenges such as collecting a certain number of rings within the allotted time. All-in-all the missions are pretty fun and somewhat addictive. For me it was common to pop the game in and start playing the missions and before I knew it a few hours had gone by. I really did not play much online but from the little I did I would say I had a good overall experience. For less than twenty dollars I would definitely recommend buying this game.
If you like Mario Kart for Wii this game is a great rival for the PS3…have had a lot of fun playing as a family

I love it!
This game is solid, a lot of fun, very easy to get into and has very good graphics. The cars control just right so you aren’t constantly wasting time bumping into stuff and getting further and further behind in the race. The only thing I didn’t like is that some of the track themes are too garish. You will find a few favorites for sure (I found about 4 or 5). The House of The Dead tracks are nicely laid out (even though I wish those tracks had more spooky sights and sounds like thunder and lightning) and the track that runs underneath the ocean (Ocean Ruin?) is also a winner to name a few favorites. I didn’t like the tracks with the festival theme. I found them to be too over populated with stuff and just plain overdone even for this type of game. I also did not like the Casino and Bingo tracks nor the industial looking tracks complete with robots getting in your way. I hope they have another one coming our next year as again it’s easy to get into. Now if somehow H2Overdrive could be ported from the arcades to the PS3. Now that would be super nice.
Great fun. The visuals are nice. It’s easy to play. Good to add to your collection. It has many boards to choose from to play and this game is just all around cool.
Many people believe this is a kid’s racing game, I don’t know, perhaps it is. But, my wife and I really enjoy it! There’s a ton of different racers to choose from along with a wide variety of tracks. I also like the online option because it’s a change of pace and extremely hard! In online play, you join a race that may include a mixture of cpu and humans, depending on how the host set the game up.The only reason I took a star off is because the tournament mode is only one player :-( Even though the two player single races and mini games are fun, nothing beats going head to head with another person in the tournament mode where it matters.In all, this game is a steal for the price retrolio is charging (I got it on release day, so I paid full price with no regrets) If you enjoy racing, you should not pass this one by!
