From one of our favorite, lovable childhood stories. This video game is a lot of fun.
I ordered this for a five ear old and she thoiught it was great. I’ve never personally played it, but I would recommend it if you have small children who need some entertainment.
Many hours of fun and relaxing gameplay. Graphics were quite nice for the Wii version too. Highly recommend!
My six year old son has played many a Wii game this past year, but this one has very quickly become one of his very favorites. Why? It’s so very beautiful and it really allows him to use his imagination. The challenges are somewhat basic but they’re all exhilarating, mainly because the world you explore is fascinating and rich. Without question his favorite thing to do is fly with the use of Douglas’s feathers; he spends a lot of time in the village flying to explore and then hugging the various wild things before dancing with them. Clearly there’s something about this game that frees his imagination — when he thinks I’m not listening, I hear him making up stories and games he plays with the wild things as they run and dance around the village. As a parent I really like this game much better than the others we have, as it’s much less violent and much more imaginative and interactive than most. [Indeed, I have to sometimes encourage him to knock down plants with his sceptre because he would much rather grow Judith a pretty garden — that’s a change!]
My son loves this movie, and I love this game! It’s easy enough for my 6 year old, but fun enough to keep me entertained. :) Worth the money.
love it thanx
My 8 year old son loves this game as well as my husband. It is hard to find adventure games for kids that are not too violent. The “enemies” in the game are big wasp-type bugs of differing varieties, and black goo.I like that it is a club that the character Max swings(no guns etc)Every “puzzle” is simple enough, but challenging too; just right. My husband and I loved the Baulders gate series for the play-station, and we have been looking for a good not-too-violent adventure game for our son. Here it is.
Daughter seems to like the game.
perfect
This game’s playability is somewhat similar to Super Mario Galaxy. I expected this game to be barely tolerable, but was pleasantly surprised to enjoy many hours of gameplay.
