Works just as described. I can finally play my klonoa door to phantomile game. It has tons of games. I love it.
It is a plug and play experience but the included USB hub for some reason does not recognize the second controller and I was hoping it could be fixed to play 2 player games.

After i initialized my console all the games work fine now. So if yours doesnt thats what you need to do. My issue was the buttons not working once a game booted up. Now they do.
