This is my favorite Lego game. It’s actually my second disc to buy since my first go scratched (my fault) and now this disc was scratched (my fault again) and will repurchase. I’m clumsy. My 5 year old plays this with me and so does her friend when he comes over.
I asked my son for his opinion on this game and his respond was" Love it everyone should buy it for their kids, because I enjoy it a lot and like learning about dinosaurs".Also dear creators please add more levels, and details and maybe more dinosaurs too.
Hours of fun, just like the movies. We have had to look up how to get out of some of the scenes though.
We love all the Lego games. They’re not ‘gross’ and tend to tame the scary of the story. They do tend to be glitchy, and this one is no exception. If you are having difficulty activating something, forget it. Leave the area and come back and try again. Using the parachute to reach certain areas can be tricky. Like, throw the controller at the TV tricky.We ended up playing the game all the way thru before we even saw Jurassic World, so we knew the story before seeing it.
Oh my goodness I love this game! I’m a huge fan of the LEGO video games. I’ve played LEGO Harry Potter Years 1-4, LEGO Harry Potter Years 5-7, LEGO Batman 2 and 3, LEGO Movie, LEGO Lord of the Rings, LEGO Marvel Super Heroes.This game seems to be quite an improvement over a lot of these other games.Unlike the earlier games you don’t have to play an entire hour until you come to a Save point. This means if you’re tired and want to stop playing or need to leave you’re not going to use a lot of game play.The characters in this game also show their unique abilities which I’ve never seen in a LEGO game before which will make Free Play MUCH easier.I also haven’t had any spots where a character got stuck and I had to restart the game. In some of the prior games your character would get stuck under a staircase or eternally falling off a cliff and you could do nothing but quit and restart which was very frustrating.I love the actually audio clips from the movies and how closely the game levels follow the real movies. Of course there’s the added humor that these games have. I love the end of the second Jurassic movie where they said the animals need to be left alone and it showed them playing badminton and drinking coffee!!! I also love how much Jeff Goldblum’s character’s daughter factored in the game play when she was a rather minor character in the movie.There’s times when you get to play as the dinosaurs which is REALLY fun. There’s other times when the action is going toward.
Well made and performs as advertised. Recommended!
Great for all ages of those who like the Jurassic Park books and movies. My 8, 14, 16, and 49 year old all play together!
My 4 and 8 year old love playing this game. In addition to the levels that follow the movies, you can explore the different islands and theme parks. Lots of tips on youtube to find the hidden amber blocks to unlock the dinosaurs.
We have most of the Lego games, and my son likes this one the most. Not only because it is his most recent acquisition, but it offers more features such as creating hybrid dinosaurs from the DNA he has harvested. I have not played the game myself, but that is what he has told me. From the little bit I have seen while he was playing, it does seem to be pretty cool. It has a level for each of the Jurassic Park movies (I, II, III, and World).
