I have mixed feelings about this game. I will say that I am much more into it now that I have an idea what’s going on. And just like life in the real big city, it’s a whole lot more fun (and easy) to go out and socialize once you have lots of disposable income to spend on great clothes, accessories, haircuts and highlights, and awesome home furnishings. The hours of play (for me) don’t come so much from the “missions” and “goals”, but from the ability to change into different outfits, fix up my apartments, make new friends, flirt like crazy, and customize some of the different districts to reflect my taste.I have only played the Sims console games so I can’t compare the Urbz to Sims play in general. The pros of Urbz in the City:* Great Graphics – the animated shots are fun too.* The various districts are pretty cool and very different — from the oh-so chic and luxurious Diamond Heights penthouse filled with models and beautiful people, to the kick back and have a beer, dive biker bar in Gasoline Row.* Nice selection of outfits — some really cool clothes, and hairstyles are pretty good too. Also can change them IN GAME (in fact, that’s one of the main things you do), which is a big improvement over Bustin’ Out.* Needs are much less of a pain to fill. The main needs in the Urbz are Hunger, Bladder, Energy, & Fun. They decrease much more slowly than Bustin’ Out and take a lot less time to fill. (I always thought Bustin’ Out made you feel like a slave to these needs instead.
There have got to be more of these out there somewhere! We conquered Darius’s Penthouse… Now what?!? I guess it’s back to Castaway Island for us!
Love it
This is a good game, but I would not call it a true Sims game. Perhaps a good way to describe it is how it is in the game. They are not Sims, they are Urbz. The two are different, as are the two games. While clearly of the same genere and series and all that good stuff, its also different. It uses Busin’ Out’s goals system, but takes it a step further. There is little potential to play this game as a true Sims game. You cannot buy anything that does not already exist somewhere in the world you are in. You are given an apartment, but i found myself rarely there. The only time you really use it is for skill building. Your fewer motives can be easily and quickly filled by items found in any of the i believe its about 8 areas. It is also a very easy game. You know which social options will work on other urbz by color coding them green yellow and red. The goals are simple enough to fufill as well. all in all it makes it a very short game. VERY short. I have had it about 2 days now and am very close to completing every goal. But it is still a good game. It is just not the conventional Sims game that has become famous.
I honestly love the game
THIS IS A GREAT GAME FOR ALL AGES. IF YOU LUV AL THE OTHER SIMS GAMES THIS IS A MUST SIMS GAME TO GET. SIMS IS STILL ON TOP.

I bought this game for my kids and although I also like to play the sims game I did not like this game but my kids loved it.
This is a pretty good game and fun for those who love the sims. It came in the mail safely in it’s package.
On time. Plays perfect. Definitely recommend.
