The sense of adventure is very creative. Drake have very fluid movements and most of all, the environment about a jungle never seen in other games is perfectly done. You can see the wind acting with the vegetation, the water is amazing and you even can go through the river.
I really really really love the Uncharted Game Franchise I also love Naughty Dog. The graphics in this game is so Next Gen it’s like your playing a movie I couldn’t put this game down I had to play it over and over I’m in the process of getting all 3 titles but if you are a Naughty Dog fan I Highly recommend this franchise!!!!
I just cant believe this game was released 2 years ago and still lookin great even when there are even better lookin’ games out there like Killzone 2… this game is kinda hard and could turn frustrating when a bunch of guys start shooting at you but you get used to it and it makes it worth it since most of the games nowadays are easy… go for it before Uncharted 2 comes out… you wont regret it ^.^
Addicting and fun game
This game is just great looking. I mean best graphics to be seen in the early generation of PS3 and it still is amazing today. I should be played by all, but those who like old games like tomb raider will get the most out of it’s gameplay.
Good product!

Great beginning to the series. It has adventure, but clear direction as to the plot. There are plenty of puzzles and exploring, but I feel like this is mostly a 3rd person shooter game. The graphics are pretty good for its generation and they definitely mix things up constantly, so it always feels like you are progressing into new territory.
After all these years, I finally got my hands a PS3. Of course, I had to play Uncharted. The last time I had played a Naughty Dog was a bit over a decade a go with Jak III. Uncharted certainly lives up to the prowess and great work Naughty Dog puts into their games. With Uncharted: Drake’s Fortune, Naughty Dog delivers us a cinematic style experience which somewhat sets a new ripple for video games in delivering these movie type experiences.I would like to start with my positives for the game. The story is very nice. Uncharted is basically the male version of Tomb Raider, but instead looks to deliver a more cinematic action-adventure experience, akin to say Indiana Jones than say Tomb Raider. Yet still separates itself with its characters. The main protagonist, Nathan Drake, is not something you really see much. He is certainly a smooth talker like Indiana Jones, but when it comes to appearance is honestly just a very average and basic guy. He is not some big buff, good looking hero. He is just a wisecracking young man. It is an interesting step where you see a lot of video games with just these over the top lead characters and then had Uncharted with its fairly simple, but memorable characters like Drake himself, Elena, and Sully. The antagonists were not fairly memorable and were just your typical villains. Now the game sets Nathan looking for El Dorado, the legendary city of gold. This brings the game to a fairly interesting island location. For a game that is fairly old n.
Uncharted: Drake’s Fortune is one of those games that makes you remember why you play video games in the first place. It combines good storytelling, excellent voice acting, tremendous gameplay, and an enjoyable loot gathering aspect into a cinematic experience beyond anything you’ll experience in theaters. It’s a perfect encapsulation of why the video game industry has outpaced the film industry in revenues (and I also have a sneaking suspicion that the tv show Burn Notice pretty much ripped off the characters from this game). In Uncharted: Drake’s Fortune, you play a ne’er-do-well fortune hunter on the trail of El Dorado. Along the way, you’ll have to clamber all over mountainsides and cliffs, untangle puzzles, evade deadly traps, and blast your way through a host of enemies by way of your combat shotgun, pistol, grenades, or any other weapon at hand (including your fists). Depending on the level you may be fighting off cave dwellers with a German WWII submachine gun, cleaning out a derelict Spanish mission church with a sniper rifle, or exchanging grenade throws with other mercenaries in the middle of a jungle ruin. A huge amount of effort was put into the gameplay, affording you the ability to fire from the hip while on the run (even running away and firing behind you), ninja roll from one piece of cover to another if a grenade lands beside you, or even leap over an obstruction and kill someone with your bare hands. Elaborate puzzles require you to shimmy along clif.
