my son loves this trainer for the work out and also basic moves for UFC fighting he is a boxer and wanted to mix his skils up a bit.
Good little game that I use to workout indoors on cold winter days. Gets a bit frustrating when the kinect doesn’t recognize a certain movement but that’s a kinect issue. Variety of workouts so it doesn’t get monotonous too quickly. Can adjust the workout length and intensity level to suite you.

I’m not sure what part of ULTIMATE FIGHTING CHAMPIONSHIP I thought would be more entry level, but WOW. In all fairness they test you in the beginning to get an idea of where to start you. So even if you’re a beginner to working out, you can still do this. It has a cool calendar feature to monitor your workouts that you can start for a 30 or 60 day workout and also you can pick weight loss, strenth building, core, etc. All in all, it delivered all that I hoped it would.
This was a gift for my brother. He really wanted this game and he was happy with it.

I had gained several pounds in the last few months. When I saw this product on tv, I thought that this may be the one. With it being connected with the UFC, I thought it had to be hardcore. So after weeks and weeks of the commercial on tv, I finally broke down and bought it. I did the fitness test first and it was exhausing, but I had no idea what was in store for me later. The workouts get harder and harder. The V-Ups and the Leg Wipers used to be really hard for me to do. With the V-Ups, I couldn’t get my back all the way off the floor and with the Leg Wipers, they would hurt my abs so much, I could only get 3 reps done. Now, I still don’t do them in perfect form yet, but I have gotten better. There are easy days, even though they are few and far between. My overall experience of the game so far has be great. I has helped me take some body fat off. This game is the truth,it is no gimmick. If you want a real workout and are ready to commit to a workout plan, you need to buy this game. When you do, BE PREPARED FOR SORE DAYS!!!
I bought this for my son. He loves it. He has had no complaints with it at all and I like that he is actually doing something and moving around instead of just sitting still playing video games.
As someone who doesn’t workout as much as a UFC fighter, this game kicks my butt. I’m usually pretty sore for at least two days afterwards. But it’s a great workout, and the quality of the game is very nice.
