Gameplay is fun and addictive. I wouldn’t call the game epic but the storyline is very captivating and the balck and white scenarios are Amazing. Excellent deal.
Assassins Creed gives you; mapping, stealth/sneaking, climbing, walking, riding, running, jumping, swimming and killing. Fallout3 gives you, mapping, lots of weapons, snipering w/zoom, walking, running, swimming, climbing, blowing things up, where disquises, sneaking to mention a few. GTA gives you; driving/racing vehicles, running over people, shooting, etc. All have open world and limited open world gameplay.Well “SABOTEUR” GIVES YOU ALL this and MORE!!!! MUCH, MUCH, MORE!!!!Storyline (loose); You are Sean Devlin an Irish race car driver touring France when the Nazi Occupation occurs in the early 1940’s. (prior to outbreak of WWII)Being trapped in Paris and local countryside Devlin has limited choices. Drive around and be harrassed by the Nazi’s or get involved with the Resistance (French and English) His driving skills are needed badly!!!! The rest is up to you!! Trust me this is a must have game!!!!!Game Description/Background; you have approximately 20 square miles of open world game play, centered in Paris (famous landmarks ie. the Effiel Tower (which you can climb),surrounding detailed countryside, towns, coastal locations, railroads, factories etc. What an amazing canvas to play in.COMPLETE INTERACTION WITH THE ENVIRONMENT!!!!SABOTEUR STUFF!!! These are the high lights of the most used features in brief (a tease) PERKS – the more proficient you become the better stuff you can get.CONTRABAND – everything is worth something for trade/purchase in the black market.
this game is a steal at the price retrolio’s selling it at! it’s got TONS of atmosphere, great soundtrack, and plenty of mission variety. the goals of each mission are pretty much the same, but there are many, many different ways of accomplishing those goals.positives:-decent story-great atmosphere and soundtrack-great graphics-lots of fun to play and always has plenty of missions to do or random stuff to blow up-interesting take on stealth systemnegatives:-climbing sucks in this game. should’ve been more like assassin’s creed 2.-too many ambient freeplay events. becomes a major grind to finish them all, but they are optional.if you haven’t played this game definitely give it a try at this price!
This game doesn’t have nearly the polish or production value of a RDR or GTA, but if you just want to drive around killing nazis and blowing up random things, it’s fantastic. There’s a story; it’s not bad. It gets pretty repetitive, but, for $12 or so, you really can’t go wrong.
Came as described and very happy with shop!
The motion in this game when driving isn’t very fluid. The cars feel stiff and artificial. When you get in a crash it doesn’t feel realistic and fluid, your car just kind of hits it and move the other car a little bit. The driving mechanics could be improved. Environmental damage could be improved because some things that should be destructible to your car just aren’t and its really annoying for your car to get stuck on an object that should break easily. The story is decent, and the world looks good. The car models could use more polygons though. The combat is nice though, it feels polished. The tank is very fun to steal and use.I really enjoy how there is multiple ways to complete every mission. You can go in a all out fire fight and call up resistance backup. You could sniper your target. You could steal a Nazi uniform and go in close for a head shot pistol assassination. So for all this games flaws, it is still pretty fun.
Fun game, even if it came out quite a while ago. Glad I got it.
This game is great it looks good. The black and white makes a nice point to let you know that your in spot that controlled by the enemy. The only thing that I did not like was the layout of the button layout. But this was not a big deal for me. The sound was done in Dolby digital, which sounds good. The game has some good platforming parts, driving and shooting. But you need to know that this game as nudity in it. So if you do not what the little seeing this do not get it. You turn the nudity of but if the kid could turn the nudity back on when mom and dad our not home. Bottom line this is a great game for the adults and not some much for small kids.
this game is awesome. its cool blowing up pretty much anything. this had all the right elements to me. regenerating health, I hated fighting on gta 4 losing health then having to run and grab a hot dog. I love the regenerating health saves trouble finding health packs. the action was just right not too hard not too easy. I will admit the climbing is a little slow but to me its more realistic. I even liked the side missions, they didnt seem tacked on like pick up a certain car and bring it back, or bowling! I loved the mission where you had to blow up the chemical factory, everything you shot was explosive. I would say I loved the saboteur as much if not more than red faction guerilla and that’s saying alot cuz I absolutely had a blast with red faction. Dont hesitate. GO BUY THIS GAME!
