Just bought this for my 5 year old daughter. She really loved it. Had to read some of the texts in the beginning, however, she very quickly picked up the story and how to play.She loved the game and has played it intensively.I like the fact that there is no killing, dying and the stress of getting points is very well balanced.

Great game, my 6 yr olds love it. It does get a bit tough for them at times but my 9 yr old plays with no issues.
I bought this for my children for Christmas and they really seemed to enjoy it. They like the activity of “cooking gumbo” and played it for hours. Kids must be able to read to play this game without adult intervention.
