I love this movie, one of my favorite Disney’s. Great music, fun characters, good story.
Great movie
The colors are superb, the animation was definitely well done and the sound that will come out of your system is great. The animation is stunning; the scenes of Tarzan swinging through vines and "surfing" the twisty, moss-covered tree trunks as if they were ocean waves left me in awe. And the music by Phil Collins and Mark Mancina ties the whole film together. A movie for the whole family.This is a fantastic movie, funny and your kids will love it! Most Disney DVD’s are nothing more that Video copied on a DVD with little fanfare, or sound enhancements. However If Disney continues to produce DVD’s like Tarzan you wont be disapointed.

Digitally i could get a copy on itunes and VUDU. This studio is doing the right thing that allows me to watch the movie and not have to juggle 600 apps on where i need to watch the movie. If i own the movie i should also receive a digital copy on any provider. If i shell out 15-20 for a movie when everyone else is stealing them digitally i should be rewarded for it. Disney is doing the right thing by Disney Movies Anywhere.
Two worlds: American art for Jane, Parisian art for Tarzan. And then Phil Collins tying it together with his Londoner music. It worked well.

I suppose we are meant to wait for Disney to give this a decent two-disc treatment. Right now there are few extras on the dvd (though the languages are rather amazing).The movie, the well-known tale from Edgar Rice Burroughs, is very well done, with terrific songs from Phil Collins, very nice voice work and delightful animation. There is some violence and four deaths, though they aren’t bloody.Extras include a trivia game, a storybook version of the film with optional read-along, a Collins music video and a behind-the-scenes studio session with Collins. The film can be heard in English, Cantonese or Mandarin; and subtitles are available in English, Mandalay, Bahasa, Thai or Korean!
I wonder what Tarzan can bench.
