I played and beat this game on the 360 when it first came out, then when they relaunched it on PS3 in Japan only with the extra content and new playable characters and now on the Xbox one! The game holds up nicely and is definitely worth rebuying, if your on the fence I’d say get it, you won’t regret it regardless of if this is your first time playing TOV or your 100th, once they stop making this I have no doubt it will increase in value just like it did on the Xbox 360 when they stopped printing the game. I wish they had made TOB (tales of beseria) and TOZ (tales of Zestiria)for the Xbox one as well but luckily I got the Xbox one x and PS4 pro so I can play them all!
Case was delivered with a break in the case and tear on the plastic and box art. Was really excited to get this game but I wanted it pristine. At least I know the game is fun.

I love the tales series games! I’m very happy that they brought a remastered tales to the Xbox one they need to port the other tales games to the Xbox.

For those who have played it before and love it i sure you will again and for those who haven’t played it give it a try im sure you’ll enjoy the humor and laughs as much as i had. I liked everything but the only off putting thing was the lag between some of the dialog during the normal scenes but skits seems to been functioning just fine.
Tales of Vesperia is a RPG that originally came out for the Xbox One back in 2008. Upon it’s release, it was instantly praised for it’s story, combat and visuals. I’m glad to say that even 12 years later, that all of these aspects still hold up even today.Tales of Vesperia Definitive Edition takes the game even further by upgrading the visuals and adding in extra content not originally seen in the original Xbox 360 release; including new fight, new cut scenes and even new playable party members! The game also plays at a solid 60 FPS on the Xbox One X, so it looks absolutely beautiful in motion.The only main downside to this release is that they didn’t get the original voice actors back for the new scenes and unfortunately it’s noticeable and a bit jarring when the new scenes come up. However aside from this small hiccup, the game is still an absolute treasure and should be played by any RPG fan.
