This game has nice visuals, addictive gameplay, and a streamline approach to it. Only problem with this game is its lack in multiplayer and easy difficulty.
it’s ok
Awesome
I beat this game in one day, but that was only the regular missions and I still haven’t been able to get all of those blasted platinum medals! The game’s ground based missions are pretty good but when you face Battle Droids and Destroyer Droids they don’t really move at all and they just stand there and shoot you! The game has some water based missions which are the hardest, and so are the space based missions. You can earn bonus levels like you could in Rogue Squadron for the N64 of which you have to defend a captured Trade Federation Base, Defeat Darth Maul in his Sith space vehicle, and fly as Darth Maul in his Sith space vehicle to defeat the Royal Security Forces of Naboo! You can earn a few bonus craft of which Darth Maul’s space vehicle is the easiest to get. You can get the AAT and a Naboo water speeder by getting all the platinum medals but they are EXTREMELLY diffucult ot get and can REALLY give you a HUGE MIGRANE. Thankfully the graphics are great. They are even better than Rogue Squadron. The music is great and the storyline is very interesting to follow. No go beat the evil Trade Federation!
it shows the Military of Naboo still works even if a small forces they make up for it with skill and plan great pilots vehicles that rock and most of all a good story
For those of you who loved Rogue Squadron, this game is TOTALLY up your alley. The story line takes place during the events of Star Wars Episode 1: The Phantom Menace. You fly as a naboo starfighter pilot, taking out the Trade Federation forces. With 16 new levels of high flying action packed madness, this is definitely worth the money. It also includes new vehicles such as a flash speeder, police cruiser(basically a blue naboo starfighter)and of course, the naboo starfighter. All of these can be used in new levels such as the streets of Theed, and yes, finally, a space mission!
In the vein of Rogue Squadron, Battle For Naboo leads players on an action-packed adventure as they go behind-the-scenes of Episode One: The Phantom Menace. What happened after Queen Amidala left Naboo? Where was the notorious Camp 4, and what were they doing to the prisoners there? How did the Naboo resistance survive until Amidala returned? All these questions are answered in the best Episode One-licensed game ever made. The game pushes the now-dated Nintendo 64 hardware to its limits. Gone is the claustrophobic fog that surrounded the player in Rogue Squadron, replaced with an ever-expanding horizon. Dozens of enemy (and friendly) ships can fly overhead at any given time, while turrets and missile launchers fire off their rounds, objects explode, and civilians run around for help. Through all this the game never stutters or slows down, and everything that happens looks smooth and natural. The audio, again, also pushes the N64 hardware. Everything happens in surround sound, so you’ll hear lasers zip past your craft or enemies explode behind you. All the memorable tracks from John Williams’ score have been faithfully reproduced, and sound remarkably similiar to the real thing. Lots of dialogue and sound effects have been squeezed into the cartridge, including a hidden bonus which contains audio commentary from the creators of the game.Battle For Naboo draws players in with an involving story and excellent gameplay. Players start out on the run from the Trade Federation, then s.
It Works Great!
Kids love Star Wars this game is cool
The game cartridge came in a LOT better shape than I’d anticipated, especially considering what the description of it said. So, that’s always a plus. The save battery is also still fully functioning, which is another plus.Overall, aside from the overall hard challenge of the game itself, I’m very pleased with this. c:
