very realistic game all around…ive played on forza but have been a need for speed fan since i tried this one…recommend to use with steering wheel for better feel

This game is way better than Need For Speed Shift the first one .The graphics are better also.
SHift2 Unleashed is a truly awesome racing sim. All its missing is a drag racing mode. The graphics, physics, and engine sounds puts Forza 3 to shame.
What a bunch of crybaby haters.This is THE BEST Need For Speed Sequel EVER!!!Finally, there are several driving games (sim, arcade, ect. . ) worth having. This is by far one of them.There is also downloadable content that is should be added as well after getting this game. One of those tracks is a great deal of fun as it does not even show up on a map after you break through a barrier during gameplay.
Love the GT FIA series racing. Night racing and the helmet cam view adds so much realism. to say this game borders on arcade is complete non sense, shift2 is by far more realistic than forza3. I been racing forza series since 2 first came out.-The liveries they offer are Spot on. I love the BLANCPAIN and FLATEX Lambo’s beautiful in game cars.-The real world tracks are Spot on.-The graphics are excellent.-Car Physics are excellent, cars in each class are well balanced.-Advance steering wheel settings..nice. I use the MS wireless XBOX steering wheel works perfect.I give it a 5 out of 5 for not being as involved as forza and thats a good thing, Shift2 is just an awesome racing game. I’d really like to see a shift 3

Shift 2 Unleashed: the previous review is no more and with a complete driver level I’m much more prepared to create a much more thorough review.—————————————–**Need for Speed Shift, the sequel to the ill received game, NFS Prostreet. Prostreet to the franchise to the track and removed the cops, Shift, sought to refine the formula. Both games suffered from their own share of bugs and problematic handling, but overall, as standalone games, succeeded in a way for providing a simish experience. And what I mean by simish is that the game makes you drive more like a real driver would, hitting the Apex of a turn, and using the Brake. Since most NFS games are never synonymous with braking you can see the problem in user base here. I digress, Both of the games suffered hitting that middle ground of a sim/arcade game Prostreet had a bunch of tanks for cars with horrid understeer, and Shift had a bunch of squirrely go karts. Both games required input modification to be played correctly, either by car settings or controller ones. Going into this review with that background, if you’ve never played this type of game before, well, now you know where we’re at, and references I make to previous titles should be clearer.
