Without a doubt, FFIV delivers. This story caries some of the first character development in the franchise and the overhaul in graphics and sound make this a truly remarkable experience. I highly suggest this game.

I have played multiple versions for Final Fantasy 4 (Playstation 1, GBA, Nintendo DS, Emulated SNES) and this version is by far my favorite out of all of them.
Pretty good so far. I’m on the last stage of the game. Can’t wait to complete this game and move on to Final Fantasy II. Just wish they would put 5 & 6 on the psp or vita so I could play them again too.
I added this to my collection and did a quick test to make sure the disc works. Everything seems ok. Delivery was pretty quick, too. However, I have not yet really played the game because I have some others I want to finish first. I’ll get to it eventually. FFIV is the only Final Fantasy game that I could not beat on its original system. V and VI were fun, but my copy of IV on the old console always froze when I got about halfway through the game so I never got to finish it. This re-release on the PSP will let me finish this game at last! Plus apparently it includes some extra cinematic cut-scenes as well as some bonus content to expand on the original story a bit. And with my AV plug to output PSP games to my HD TV the action is even better on the bigger screen!!
Loving the additional story-line. The graphics are refreshing even though I prefer the old ones. If you want to replay the classic with some additions I’d say this is for you. Who doesn’t like more content? Especially when it doesn’t mess with the original.
This port of Final Fantasy IV is amazing, not to mention the extra content with the after years, if you’ve never played the original on the Snes or the ports to Playstation, or the DS remake, either way I would highly recommend you get this
