Special Xbox 360 edtion of Micro$ofts cash cow Halo I really like the look of the console would have been cooler if it had battle wear, but hey that’s me HDMI function another plus if you have a Good HDTV with these ports it’s the only way to play this console my only complaint the fan runs somewhat loud
In my opinion the xbox 360 has the best selection of titles to choose from to keep you entertained this gen.I actually had to send in my halo edition because of the red ring of death, which i assume can happen whenever. I thought I might see it after some long sessions with it on. But no, I was house sitting for my parents and when I returned to my appartment and booted it up after a week of it just sitting there, within the first 5 minutes of having it on the problems started.I choose to send this into the repair center, which was actually a very speedy process as they just sent me a new console instead of fixing the one that I sent them.The halo edition looks great, a little more dull/darker than it looks in the picture but its still cool, and its great having the hdmi support for obvious reasons. I usually let newer unexperienced players use a different controller because if its a little dark in your room the face buttons arent as clear to the eye, as it would be with the white.I own a wii and barely play it due to the fact that there really arent many good games. Also, it seems they only release games for audiences under 5. Thats sarcasm for you, but really most of all the games are for kids.never had a care to play the ps3 and still havent touched onego microsoft!
Wow time flies I’ve had this system when it came out back in 07 I was the only one with this version at the time and people were asking me what system was that lol cuz they never seen it in the stores…lol
I had been putting off buying an xbox 360 for quite a while and was basically waiting for Halo 3 to come out, and when I saw them releasing this It was a perfect reason for me to go out and get one. The color scheme is awesome, it matches the Cheif’s armor exactly. I havent downloaded the exclusive Halo 3 theme for the dashboard yet, but im sure that it will be xtra sweet.I had a little trouble at first with the play-and-charge kit, but I think i know what the trick is now, you have to have it plugged into the xbox before you turn it off if you want the battery to charge the first time. It took quite a while to charge initially….Overall, AWESOME system, PS3 eat your heart out.
i know im alone when i say that the xbox 360 is better than the ps3 and the wii, but that is just my opinion. i have owned this console for a year and it still works. probably, it still works because i have the halo 3 edition. probably. the xbox 360 has a lot of games you should all own, like halo 3, gears of war 1-2, and some other more. therefore i strongly suggest you buy the xbox 360.
If you’re just buying an xbox 360, probably because of halo 3, this is the xbox for you. It has HDMI connectors, and the black finish of an elite. The case and controllers are olive green, just like master chief, and the crome components have been replaced with an orange finish to match our valiant hero! I think that one overlooked perk of this xbox is the exclusive downloads provided. By typing in 2 codes at the marketplace screen you get a Halo 3 Theme and Halo 3 gamer pics that are only included in this xbox. If you see these pics you know the player is playing on a Halo 3 Edition. The olive colored theme meshes perfectly with the olive console. You also can’t forget that these xbox consoles were just manufactured, so they have the most updated hardware inside, and should not suffer the same fate as soo many premieum xbox’s did (RED RING OF DEATH!! It happened to me!)
why did you put the price up now my friends are not going to buy the xbox any more could you please put it back down for a little longer like two weeks?

I have had my Halo xbox for over a year and a half with absolutely no problems whatsoever (crosses fingers). The console does not have the Falcon chip, however in terms of performance I have been unable to discern between mine and those that do. To date no red rings of death and even xbox games have run well on it.Console operation aside, from a gamers perspective (at least mine), the xbox 360 is the console to own in terms of game library and functionality. I love being able to download DLC for games that have already outlived those on other consoles. As the Wii is being burdened with more ruddy-ware, and the PS3 has a shot in the dark once a year, this is the best console for any gamer particularly for the price.The Halo console has worked perfectly for me, and while the aesthetics are a perk, this console offers much more to those outside of the Halo fan base.
