Still playing, great game so far, some of the quest get ahead of them selves, but you can eventually solve them. I recommend this game to people that like mild action and quests that require a lot of running around.
Great product
im very happy with my purchace it came in the mail right when it was supost to ill deffintly be ordering again
I don’t care much for graphics, as long as the story is good. Risen 2 delivered here and the game was delivered very promptly. I’m in Afghanistan and got it in under a week. I couldn’t confirm my two codes were good, but they were included as promised.
If you liked the first risen you will love this one. This game plays like the first risen on xbox but a little better. First you should know this game was ported from the pc it wasn’t made for the consoles. with that in mind the graphics aren’t on par with the pc version and the xbox version didn’t get the roll & block patch yet.The menus has been fixed to work with the controller this time around , but the combat is still awful. But over all I am really enjoying this game and have been playing it for hours so far.I was kind of disappointed that I cant steer my ship or do anything with it for that matter. Also the world is alot smaller this time around , you have 8 small islands to explore but there so small you wont have too do much exploring.I Think this is a good game for a small developer , but if you have the option get the game on PC it plays alot better.
great product still untouch
kewl game. alot of problem solving , more fighting would be nice. and buying prices are too high to get advanced in game.
The arrival of the purchase was not on time. The quality of the game is good. It arrived undamaged, so overall a successful experience
A BIG improvement over Risen 1. I’ll address each of the two major improvements separately:- MUCH IMPROVED GRAPHICSWhile the first game wasn’t exactly hideous, per se, it certainly wasn’t going to win any awards. This game, however, portrays its island jungle setting in a more convincing matter. Character models are greatly improved, as are weather effects. Some things will have you rolling your eyes at the lack of attention to detail, but way less than last time around. To top it off, the art direction (pirate themed EVERYTHING) makes for a more unique feel as opposed to the somewhat generic look of the last game.- SOMEWHAT IMPROVED GAMEPLAYThe melee combat of the first game could be summarized as such: “Mash the attack button.” This game has done away with some of the more redundant combat ideas and replaced them with simpler, easier to execute concepts that mean you’ll be actually using them. The XP mechanic is also much simpler and effective, meaning that you’ll actually get stronger in the ways you want to, making things easier on you. I mean, who wants to be a crappy swordsman just because you can’t find a trainer? In Risen 2, that’s a much smaller issue. In addition, getting hit in the back all the time will be less of a worry, as the game has added a much more fleshed out companion system, meaning you’ll be dealing with things more effective as a duo, most of the time.If you liked the first, you’ll like this one, and if you didn’t like the first, you might STILL like.
great game
