It is so much fun and even non-frisbee people will want to throw around with you when they see this disc flying around at night!My only concern is changing out the battery – no idea how to do that. I ended up breaking my last one trying to remove the cover (and of course bought a new one), but doesn’t change my opinion on these – tons of fun!PS – for a really fun night, get packs of glow sticks (for an ultimate frisbee game) – like 1 team with green, 1 team with red. Get bigger glow sticks for end zones, and go out to a field to play glow in the dark frisbee! Tons of fun!

Bought these as a pass time for the evenings while out camping and what not. The kids loved them, they are very bright. I was extremely satisfied with the quality of these discs. The kids threw them into trees a lot and the discs came out unscathed, but best of all they fly amazingly well. I think they fly better than some of my ultimate discs. Bottom line….buy them! Tons of fun at night.

Just slightly heavier than an official ultimate disc but it flies surprisingly well. The only downside to the previous incarnation of this product was the switch mechanism which tended to get flaky over time. Still, it lasted through a couple of years of rough usage and at least 5 or 6 sets of batteries. I think the new one will last even longer.If you think it might be fun to play with a lighted disc, then go ahead and pull the trigger. You won’t be disappointed with its flight characteristics, brightness or durability.
I have a softball team, after games rather than playing ‘bags’ AKA ‘cornhole’ we started playing ‘Poleish Horseshoes’ AKA ‘Beersbee’ (YouTube it if you’re unfamiliar). It got to the point where regular frisbees were hitting our opponents in the face because the visibility didn’t allow for enough reaction time, especially because we always played at night with different lighting situations. So I bought this & WOW! was I surprised with the quality. The disc is so bright you’ll never lose it as it’s flying at your face, no matter the speed. It’s taken a beating, going full speed at brick walls, being kicked around as a soccer ball on pavement by a fellow who’d had more than his share of libations for the night. It’s had alcoholic beverages spilled all over it & it’s even been nearly completely submerged in puddles of water more than once. It’s never even turned off without me intentionally clicking the button. It’s gotten so popular amongst friends that I’ve been requested to bring it over to get-togethers & BBQ’s. This is a product you didn’t know you needed.
Wow this might be the best Frisbee we have ever owned. It is basically your standard quality Frisbee with the added bonus that when the sun goes down the fun doesn’t have o stop. The rainbow one is awesome and my only small teeny tiny complaint is that sometimes when it goes to glow red it is a bit harder to see then the other colors. But still well enough to see at night. But I also got a only green glow one and that one lights up the sky like the moon!! Haha! Really though these frisbees are good quality and as much fun as any Frisbee can be. But the light up feature looks awesome a night. And we took camping and we had about a dozen kids come over and ask to play because it was fun and looked so cool! Definitely great for presents and lots of fun. Can’t speak on battery life so far other than we used for about 2 hours of the rainbow and green ones and everything was good start to finish. If battery life is great or extraordinary I I’ll come back and add a edit. Oh and the shipping was great. Got it 2 day prime even on a holiday weekend. That is service!!
Works great and works well, well built. The light works great. In the dark it looks like a UFO
I bough this to play frisbee on the beach at night. It works wonderfully. The battery hasn’t died, so I can’t really speak on the battery life. But, I was able to easily see it on an overcast night. I did trip over a log in the dark and temporarily lost my phone while flying through the air, but that wasn’t frisbee’s fault. I have since forgiven it.
Nothing like a long beach day and you bust out your light up frisbee. Such a hit, really pretty and definitely durable. I would but it again. Don’t have much to say on battery life because I haven’t used it much yet but light works fine.
