The amount of intrigue alone in this book gives it 5 stars in my eyes, but then she brings back old friends that pull at my heart strings and I’m on a completely different type of rollercoaster ride. This will be another of Connie’s book that I read again.
It was nice to see two stories come together in the time frame. I love that Connie creates such imaginative stories and doesn’t do a whole lot of “recap†writing that you get from other authors. I almost wish there was a family tree at this point because there are so many characters and mates. Really great book though, I couldn’t put it down and certainly did not expect some of the things that happened. I can’t wait for the next installment

This book is brilliant and I couldn’t put it down. I love the way that Connie merges her characters from all her books – what an imagination. I agree with other reviews that Connie doesn’t spend half the book in recap which I find frustrating. The whole book, right up to 100% is quality writing and storyline. I would like to see a family tree sometime. As for the ending, my heart broke for Griffin. Would love to see him find happiness. Can’t wait for the next book!
Very twisty turny. I must say I loved the inclusion of Cassie King in this book. I’d like to see more of her please!
I purchased this early release directly from the Author’s webstore.I am speechless at the moment. All I can say is that I am going to need time processing my thoughts and feelings about someone that I thought I knew. This was such a surprise that I never even considered it. Charles….is there any end to his interference?I hope this won’t disturb my annual rereading of all of the Lissaverse books. Lol
