Love this gen overall I love the characters and story :) and the music is pretty good to can’t wait for the new games to come out and see what’s new :D
This is great game! Whether you’ve played Pokémon for twenty years like I have, or are just starting out, or even getting this to pass on the Pokémon legacy to someone you love… this is one of the best Pokémon games ever. Came fast, and in perfect working condition. I have zero complaints…
This game got to us way soon then expected and is truly my favorite Pokémon game out there. Can’t wait to order Pokémon sword and shield!
I love the pokemon company but they try to milk there games by giving you the same game with a couple little new stuff here and there. Liked the game but overall it felt like the same experience as the first one
I have yet to catch a shinny but this is a truly fun game. I’ve played over 40 hours so far and there is so much to do. I love it!
Thr one star reviews are unfair. If you bought it here or are reviewing here, you have internet. If you have internet you can go to Pokémons website, Nintendos website, or YouTube (testers and big blogers got them months ago) to learn the differences between the games regular and Ultra ganes. It was never presented as a brand new game. It was always marketed as more- a little more content in the same game.My son is 8 and resets his Pokemon games and replays the same game several times a year. I can play through BotW or any game once, after that, I beat it and I am done. If the person your buying for replays games buy this even if they have Sun/Moon already! If they have Sun go with Ultra Moon or if they have Moon go with Ultra Sun that way it is even more of a difference. If they are like me and one and done with games, there might not be enough content to make them spend hours playing it.
I’ve played Pokemon Sun and Moon and I’m happy to say that this sister game is much better. Let me make a short list of what makes this game better than its predecessors and what just simply makes Pokemon Ultra Sun and Moon awesome but I will include the stuff that weren’t that great:1. Expanded Pokedex. This lets players choose from a way bigger selection of Pokemon to use. Includes older Pokemon that are always cool to use.2. The story of the game is much more fleshed out and exciting. Keeps one glued to your 3DS (or 2DS).3. Like the past game, you need to worry about HM moves, enabling a player to use any Pokemon they want without consequence.4. The region itself is a little expanded and improved with new locations and better layouts for some older places.It wouldn’t be right if I didn’t include some drawbacks to this game (related to the gameplay and my personal observations of it). These are:1. You need to download a update (or patch) since as it is, they are glitches (Why? I believe it’s because the franchise rushed this game out too fast and it’s a shame as no other Pokemon game has had this problem). One glitch for example is that the game may freeze up if you choose Litten as your starter. So get the patch at the Nintendo Shop (It’s free).2. There was not that much improvement, expansion, or changes to the region layout. Many of the places look exactly the same as the Sun and Moon. I expected more structures, cooler looking routes,or more daunting cities and towns.3..
Let’s see….They made the intro faster to where you choose your starter.Added some new Pokemon (Ultra Beast)Added some transformations for the legends.Added minigamesAdded Ultra Space for easy Shiny Pokémon including legendary PokémonAdded new Z movesAdded a bit longer storyThe post game added the Battle Agency (basically Battle Factory), a new Team Rocket and battles against Giovanni, Maxi, Archie, Cyrus, Ghestis and Lysandre.
I loved this version of Pokemon sun. It improved upon the vanilla version in every way. Highly suggest any Pokemon fan to get this game. This is supposed to be the last game Pokemon will make for this platform, before going all in for the switch console. So with this being the swan song I suggest going out and picking this up if you haven’t already.
