And he travels alongside you as opposed to inside a Pokéball (like most Pokémon). Pikachu’s mood can be displayed virtual pet style: keeping him happy is important. New battle modes between players are available as well as a secret game called Pikachu’s Beach.

The cartridge is 100% legit, I even checked it against another copy a relative has from 20 years ago down to the circuit board. It even had an old save with a Raichu, so it could have been traded from Red/Blue.Time to relive the true nostalgia of playing Gen 1 on an original game boy :)
