I hadn’t played this game since I was about 12..13 years old (for the computer). Fell in love with the game because of the weird worlds that you get to go to. I’m glad I was able to find it for my ps2, since I’m not able to play the game on my computer anymore. It has light scratches on it, just as described. It does play well with no problems. What I found to be awesome was that I was able to use the same password from the computer version with the Playstation version. I was able to unlock all of the worlds. I thought it was cool. Since I hadn’t played it in forever, I figured I’d start from beginning just to take me back to my childhood years.Thank you so much~ 5/5
Awesome! I loved this game when I was growing up and we recently just got a PlayStation so we could play our favorite retro games. This is awesome because you can play PlayStation 1 games on ps2 also. Great price, delivered on time and exactly as discribed thank you
Item arrived just as expected. Would recommend. GREAT price
Just repurchased this game yesterday from estarland, (only 14 dollars). It’s still just as much fun as it was way back in the day. Sure, the graphics are not what the new games are, but its a fun, challenging game. Love the trippy, weird worlds
Pandemonium was always one of those games I wanted to check out… but by the time I actually got a PlayStation back when I was younger (around the time Tomb Raider II and Final Fantasy VII dropped back in 1997) other games had taken obvious priority. Anyway, about a little less than a year ago I nabbed a copy at a local used game store where it – ironically – had belonged to the store’s owner. He had recommended the game to me many times before and the fact that he decided to give up his copy made it the prefect chance to try it out.Turns out he knew what he was talking about. Pandemonium may be as ugly as sin being a very early game for the console but the gameplay does hold up pretty well. It’s not perfect… few games are… but I thought it was pretty entertaining despite its drawbacks. Still, I think what I like most about the game is its wild sense of imagination. The ideas for levels in Pandemonium don’t seem nearly as restricted as they do in games now. There are some things in the Pandemonium “world” that, for the lack of a better phrase, make no sense – but that’s part of the charm.I’m sure there are some detractors out there that will tell you to dismiss this game based on it’s age alone, but that’s rather hasty and I wouldn’t recommend it. However, at the same time I can’t really tell those reading to dive in without hesitation. Do your homework on this one if you’re interested and proceed appropriately. Personally, I was quickly won over even though the game can.
A real treat for the old gamers soul. Let your past memories be reminisced in a world of Pandemonium!
I usually do long reviews breaking down the game in different categories, but those are for the ones I’ve beaten. I’m still playing this game.Pandemonium! doesn’t offer a save feature but instead a password feature, which allows for more room on your memory card for other games and you can look up the passwords on the internet and skip ahead to beat the game at your leisure. However, this game demands you take in the full experience with it’s challenging and frustrating levels. The gameplay isn’t perfect but a platformer would have to be darn good to get a full five star rating from me, so even four stars is pretty good. The humor bodes well for the tone this game goes for by the title alone as due to the plot pandemonium is an understatement given the circumstances of our "heroes". The music is fantastic, and the graphics truly take you back to the ’90s of Playstation games. This isn’t a game that’s recommended for everyone, but holds up well even against other platformers of today.Worth collecting for the hardcore collectors, and at least worth a try for modest collectors as long as you can find it for $10 or less.
really cool game..i appreciated they reissued it for system more popular so a great game wouldn’t get lost..since this game is also issued originally on one of the lesser popular systems (that isn’t as popular because hardly any good games on maybe) forgot which
my brother helped develop this game and the copy he gave my family right after it was made has been missing. I was super stoked to find this and in working condition. much nostalgia and it was in good condition. thank you oh so much
pandemonium a cool game to play to pacify the time what a cool obstacles courses in things to do can you learn how to go to the course a little bit more easier and collect objects along the way
