I first downloaded this game and played it on my cell phone a few months ago (after playing Doom RPG which is an awesome cell phone game as well). I recently purchased this game for the Nintendo DS and I have to say that it is like a whole new game now! I can now view my map the whole time I’m playing (via the dual screen feature) and the graphics are a nice improvement over the cell phone version of this game. I hate turn-based games usually, but this is so fast and fun, it isn’t like the typical turn-based RPG’s. This game is a must have game if you want an RPG that is presented in the first-person view. There is a lot of stuff to kill and collect. The writing is well done and clever. I hope they bring Orcs and Elves II to the DS too. I’d pick that up for sure!!!
This is a great game. I found it challenging yet easy to get around in and most of all extremely addictive. Hope to find more like this one.
This is a souped up version if you played the mobile game. It’s fun especially if you’ve never been big on role playing games of turn based strategy.
I first off give this game 5 stars its very challenging game and very easy to play not too confusing either?If you don’t listen to a Wizard to what symbols to press on a certain blue door a few times wrong an not the same sequence as told by this Wizard to go you do die and game starts over again?Monsters and others ones rats etc come right at you very fast!!Making a decision on what course of action is a wise one and what weapons to use well over all I had so much fun!With this game funny it was on the iPhone many years back now on the Nintendo ds well kinda resembles Doom game but no gun just slash em up hack em up or use the magical wand well again I highly recommend this game not boring at all and quite challenging as well.Well thank you for reading my review I hope it helps if your going buy this games I highly recommend because you will not get bored so very fun!And lastly quite challenging too!Well thank you for reading this
I was amazed by how much I liked this game.I initially purchased this for a two-fold reason: It got great reviews on various websites, and it was cheap. When I got it, I was surprised by how much I enjoyed the game.Though the graphics are aging, the game holds up well. It’s short, but satisfying. The story surprised me by being quite in-depth and even containing a twist I hadn’t expected.This game even sports one of those "Annoying but you can’t help but love them anyway" side-kick characters. Ellon, your talking wand, starts out a bit patronizing and annoying, but by the end of the game, he’s endeared himself to you in spite of it.Most games of this nature I play through once and then they sit collecting dust until I trade them in for five cents at gamestop. This one, I have a feeling is going to be one I revisit periodically, whenever I need a dose of good old rpg.
If you liked Dungeon Hack for DOS back in the day then you’ll like this game. Good balance of story and action, semi-turn based movement so you aren’t rushed and fun finding secrets and exploring dungeons. Graphics aren’t the most amazing but the game play makes up for that in my opinion. A must have.
It’s a turn based RPG. You can ONLY move one step at a time; the same is true for the monsters. The dragon, whom you purchase items from, is a visual delight, as are the fights and scenery. The monsters are fun, not too easy as to become useless but not hard enough to be impossible, and is long enough to not end without a feeling of satisfaction.

I got to the third section of this and stopped, because the only thing I figured I was supposed to do was to go back thru the 3rd section and get it at 100% to be able to go further. It is fun to see all the monsters and be able to go thru the mazes and find hidden items! I haven’t seen myself (my character) yet, but would like to see what I look like.
I bought this for my daughter, she liked the game and played it for awhile. It was nicely priced and arrived on time.
