Our first grader, who reads on grade level, needed someone to help her for several hours read and get through the first several tasks before becoming independent with the game. The puppies are cute and engaging. This game is well liked by her and provides her with something a bit different than her other games.
This would be a terrific game for kids–it’s good fun, easy to master, and sneaks in some educational lessons on responsibility. That said, I’m an adult and I like it too! It’s a little simplistic, but the puppies are cute and since I live in an apartment where I can’t have a real pet, this is a nice alternative. Plus you get to take it for walks without getting off the couch, and all you have to do to clean up its poop is tap it with the stylus! If that’s not a perfect pet, what is? The one downside is that if you want your puppy to stay with you, you have to make time to feed and walk and play with it even when your schedule gets busy, but I guess that’s good practice for raising a real puppy too.

I bought this for my 8 year old daughter. she enjoys it as one of her “favs”. she finds it easy to play and i hear her giggle quite often when playing because the puppies are so cute. I recommend this game for any kids that love animals!!
This catridge is so Good
This is a very fun, somewhat addictive game. It offers several different breeds and the ability to enter a frisbee contest, agility trails, and obedience contests. You can take your dogs for walks and find various items to sell, wear, or play with. You can go to the park while on a walk to meet other dogs or practice for the frisbee contest, you can visit the agility training area, or the discount store for great deals and sometimes items that are only available there. If you have a friend that owns a Nintendogs game, you can enter bark mode, and give each other gifts or just visit each other. There are many toys, accessories, and various miscellaneous items as well. All in all a great game for anyone that loves dogs.
