I couldn’t press the letter I wanted to press. When I pressed the button I wanted to press to type in the WiFi pw, a different letter comes up. No matter what letter I pressed, it wouldn’t work. It was impossible to type anything.
We ordered this for our son when his game pad stopped working properly. Nintendo no longer sells or does repairs for this product so if we had not found a replacement, our son would not have been able to play the many games he has purchased. We were so happy to find this product. It arrived quickly, sooner than anticipated, and was packed well keeping the game pad safe during shipping. It looked to be in great condition and was easily synced up with the WiiU. It has been working perfectly. We are very thankful and would recommend this seller.
