I bought this to play around on my deployment, and I was happy that it arrived here quickly. The game is fun, but there are so many controls/combinations for so many movements. And I guess I suck at it because I cannot figure out how to actually win many faceoffs despite pushing the button it says to push. Anyways, hockey is great, and I love seeing Giroux and the Flyers on the cover! Go Flyers!
NHL 13 is my favorite game. I started playing it at a friends house and loved it even though I don’t usually play sports games. After I decided to buy it I went to GameStop where is was 47 dollars used and decided to look on retrolio where is was 40 dollars with free shipping for a new, still in plastic, game.

My boys play this game for hours and hours. One prefers to play serious games, while the other actually spends hours creating characters and teams. He loves how much customization goes into that part!
I love this game! I’m still a new comer but I’m learning pretty fast and it’s fun while I am. I’ve been a Madden fan for years and this feels like a Madden for Hockey.
