Its not supposed to be on par with next gen titles. For 20 dollars what are we expecting. Tacklling is better than Madden is The first thing I noticed even if the rest of the game needs upgrading. The raw feel of the game leaves room for improvement. Games that look worse than this game get 5 stars in the Xbox store.
Small team developed this game and it is awesome to watch their advancements. The thing that I love most is the dedication to dynasty mode helping bring some semblance of college football back to the gaming world (obviously without licensed teams) and also their physics based gameplay. Madden has become so bogged down and unrealistic that it’s nice to see a game that is really trying to advance every year.
Graphics are good
I bought this game because my grandkids wanted a football game for their X-Box and I’m pretty sure that this is the one they asked for. They told me thank you.

This is an indie game made by a small development team. It is not AAA game, and hence the discounted price. I have to say I was a bit disappointed the first time I played the game after purchasing digitally on release day. Since I have grown to love this game including the ability to customize teams and leagues. I’m also really enjoying the game play which uses actual physics. Over the years I have grown very tired of the canned animations in Madden, so this is certainly a breath of fresh air.Maximum Football has made great improvements over the past 2 years. The development team has grown significantly and big things are in store for next year’s game.

Ok this game needs work. if you’re going into it thinking its as polished as madden then you’ll be very disappointed. i like the direction Maximum games is going in. but then this game does need work. a lot. hopefully they take a stab at it again and continue to improve the game play and feel. overall a good game but like i said you cant go into it expecting madden level of game play
You can’t expect the graphics to be awesome. I think the game is great considering how many people developed it. I started a college dynasty and I’m enjoying the game. I haven’t took time to edit the teams yet. Give the game a chance. It’s well worth 20 bucks.
