Kids loved the game.
Much more depth and replay value than Madden. For starters, the NCAA ’10 “career” modes of Dynasty and Online Dynasty are much more fulfilling than Madden’s. You can control everything down to recruiting such as who to offer scholarships to.Also, the Season Showdown feature is awesome. You represent for your favorite school, and compete against gamers representing your school’s real-life opponent that week. You earn points for your school by playing and winning, and at the end of the season there will be a playoff and a championship for the schools. That is just awesome.Another thing is the announcers (Corso and Herbstreit) are a million times better than Tom Hammond in Madden, who just absolutely SUCKS (just look at him being trashed in almost every review). But the bottom line is the greater variety of teams, stadiums, bowls, playbooks, etc. as opposed to Madden just make it much more worth the money in my opinion.
A little scratch but since it works perfectly im cool with it!!! GOOD JOB!!! i’ll definitely buy more games from here
My son LOVES this game. Pricey but worth it.
Classic
ok so every year i go out to get the new college football game because as a great fan for the NFL i enjoy making my own draft classes and playing them in the new madden games. Every year i play the new ones that come out to find that there really isnt anything new about that one then the year before, and i was starting to lose interest in spending $60 for the game. But this year as changed the way that i feel now. When i first played the game they did add some new things but the biggest thing to me was their way to finally make the road to glory worth playing again by adding the sportscenter espn take to the game. after each week you get the see the big plays you did and see your stats for the game. It makes you feel that the game was actually on espn and more real life. i rate that 5 stars. So if Ea. can keep this up im back on the fan wagon again. Now its time to play my players on the madden
It was wonderful
My son and his friends love this game… I bought it for his 12th birthday and he and his friends were up all night playing it and screeming how cool this game is…
Pros:* Crisper graphics and sound* Great addition of little things…receivers slipping, CPU receivers actually missing passes (getting one hand on the ball only, etc) and qb sometimes missing targets…so completion% in the realistic 60 percent range rather than perennially 90% as before….fade route in back of end zone actually works (and looks cool to boot!)* Haven’t yet tested online features, but looks potentially robust as well.* Haven’t taken away from the great game play of last year’s title. I’d say this is “NCAA 2009+”…i.e. same as last year’s game, with some nice enhancements.CONS:* A little buggy like last year, but nothing major….drive summary stats often inaccurate, etc* Getting tired of identical commentary that’s been used for years now from Corso/Herbstreit/Nessler…time to mix things up a bit. Start doing regional telecasts with generic tv announcers, save C/H/N for national game of the week only.* Missing little things here and there which need to be fixed….i.e. where are the corp of cadets and middies at home games for the service academies??? Where are live look ins/score updates during tv broadcast to other dynasty mode games?? Need more pre-Saturday studio previews, etc. When you turn this game on, you should feel like you’re living a true college football season (with regards to media coverage, etc)…need to make the pre-game more “real”….video of outside the stadium on Saturday morning, tailgates, pre-game warmup, etc culminating wi.
Fun Game
