For me this is the best game of all time. I really recommend to all fans of basketball and NBA.
This game had the best mechanics, it was easy to dominate in the post, or just posting abilities. After this one, they changed the effectiveness of easily scoring in the post
I LOVE, I LOVE, I LOVE THIS GAME…WAITING FOR MORE GAMES LIKE THIS.THERE IS NOTHING ELSE TO BE SAID! I LOVE IT!
Item purchased met my expectations
great
this game was commissioned by my friend for your child, the child enjoys it and looks like a real game.
I had high expectations for NBA 2K10 since the summer and had been looking forward to its launch for awhile. The last basketball game I bought was NBA Courtside 2002 for the Gamecube and I figured it was time for an upgrade. I was debating between 2K10 and Live 10, which after its solid demo, Live proved to be a worthy contender. I had heard great things about the 2K franchise and all of the awards it had earned, but still investigated my other options. Now that I have had a chance to play 2K10 and explore its depth and wealth of features, I am satisfied to say I made the right choice. The “My Player” mode would be good enough to spend $60 on alone and the mode isn’t even one of the main features. The Association is very well done and allows players to be a real GM, making moves and managing salaries, all while trying to build a winning team. One of the best features of the game is that it can cater to both hard core and casual gamers with its options. Options can be adjusted to you can have a simple game without strategy, or it can be the opposite as well. All in all, this game has enough depth (plus the constantly updating rosters)to keep me engaged for the next 7 years.
I have always been NBA LIVE player but recently I have switched over to NBA 2k series. I thoroughly enjoyed the experience playing NBA 2k9 last season and now on with the new 2k10. Its still early enough to have bugs and glitches (they are expected). New season comes new features, they have added Live-rosters/2010-2011 downloadable drafts to D-Leagues and bunch of little online plays this year. They figured out a way to make small changes and improved on previous title for us to go out and buy the new 2k10.Graphic: 9.5Gameplay: 8.5Sounds: 9.0Controls: 8.5Overall: 9
At the start of every season 2K impresses me, this is a great game and a must buy by basketball fans. Im not going to compare it with other basketball games, but this one has exceeded my expectations. the live features are great (todays game and updated roster, the game play has never been as relestic. the commentary has improved from 2K9. One thing that I didn’t like was unadded features to the new My Player mode like the quarter length, clones, and etc.. I heared that all of that will be fixed so it is ok. Maybe some people will argue players ratings but I thing the game and players will be updated according to their performance on the NBA, so it is alright too. For me I think the game is near perfect, just wondering how perfect will I think it would be next year with 2K11.. nice job 2K, nice job…
I don’t know what the negative reviews are about. I was excited about this game prior to reading them. I’ve been a huge basketball fan and been on board with Nba Live for over 10 years. When live 07 came out, I felt like it was a slap in the face and just stuck with the 2k series (which I’ve had since the original nba 2k). This year’s game is much improved over last year’s. I really feel like I’m at the game. The pregame is great with things like lebron throwing up the powder in the air. When the game is completed, there are photos to look at taken by “photographers during the game”. There are also videos to check out. The game adds the d-league where you can send players down to improve. The actual gameplay is very good too, yet similar to nba 2k9. The biggest difference is now when you use turbo or lock on defense the players get tired more quickly which makes the game more realistic. I don’t remember seeing this in the past, but 2k10 now has a tutorial which shows you special moves, etc. The announcers do a great job and even talk about previous games and the season as you play your current game. Like I said, the presentation goes far and beyond and feels like you’re watching a game on t.v. The only downside is I feel that while the graphics are improved, some players like Dirk still look ridiculous. That’s why I’d give this game 4.5 stars and not the complete 5. I’ve really enjoyed this game and have a tough time putting it down. One more thing to mention.
