It’s a very good game if you’re not bothered by graphics. There’s tons of customization and you can download and wrestler you like. Unfortunately, it gets boring fairly quickly. Played it non-stop for 2 weeks and haven’t touched it since. It’s lasting appeal isn’t too great, but overall a very fun arcade wrestling game.

This is the best wrestling game ever released in America. And having the New Japan Pro Wrestling license makes it even better. This game series has been around forever because of one very important reason: The core experience is nearly perfect. The way your offensive/defensive/return style/parameters all play together with your moveset and the advanced computer logic creates the perfect wrestling simulation experience. Anyone dismissing this game due to the 2D graphics is missing out on an incredibly fulfilling game. Yes, you have to go through mission mode to learn how to play if you’re a newbie… and you will have to play intelligently. Once you get over the steep but rewarding learning curve, you’ll be well on your way to understanding why Fire Pro Wrestling is such a legendary series. AND NOW IT’S IN ENGLISH AND HAS AN OFFICIAL NJPW LICENSE! Is this real life? 5 Stars

I will keep this simple.If you look at the screen grabs and think “Wow these graphics are bad”, do not buy this game.If you don’t enjoy retro games or games that don’t have 4 hours of custom movies and cut scenes, do not buy this game.This game is a bit difficult to learn. It offers an insane level of customization.If either of those above are true, check out the last decade of WWE 2k games.
I had fond memories of this game since PS1 days and now finally released for PS4 is a must have. After a week from release, there are thousands of CAWs available at your disposal. Graphics are good yet not as par as current gen wrestling game but definitely more fun with great gameplay. It even has an Octagon. Highly recommended.
Lots of fun and great free DLC in community creations. Unlimited slots for CAWs and fun gameplay make this an awesome game for any FirePro fan.
More enjoyable than the WWE games. However, you must be willing to get past the graphics. The online community is great.
