Professor Theo has been kidnapped by the imperial forces of the evil empire. Now his robotic personal assistant, Marina Liteyears, must save the day! Marina will get some help from the troops who have remained loyal to King Aster. With their help, she’ll grab, shake and throw her way to the Professor! Besides rescuing the Professor, Marina will also join in the effort to rebel against that nasty, horrible and evil empire. With excellent pre-rendered graphics and a fresh take on side scrolling action and 60 different stages featuring unique combat, it’s weird, different, and fun game.

Honestly I had this when I was like 5 or 6 and I played this game NONSTOP it was so much fun it makes me kinda sad see kids these days shut it off it’s amazing. And unique in everyway
At first when I bought this I though “Why the heck did I just do that? It looks so stupid.” When I got it home I doubtfully fired it up only to find it was actually a good game. It’s almost a Mega Man Senario where the main robot heroine, Marina, must save her creator from some nasty goons who kidnapped him. She doesn’t a blaster like megaman (at least not as far as I have gotten)but her grabs, throws and rolls more than compensate for it. If you like what I’ve described and don’t mind that the hero is a girl, then this is the game for you.
I will admit I am biased about this game. I got Mischief Makers for my 6th birthday, and for whatever reason sold it sometime between now and then. I was delighted to find it on retrolio for so cheap!The game is fun, plain and simple. The basic gameplay takes little more than five hours to play through, but the addition of the Gold Gems makes sure this game will last you a long time if you get into it. You play as Marina Liteyears, an android created by Prof. Theo. Naturally, Prof. Theo gets kidnapped, and it’s your job to go rescue him! It’s not much more than your standard platformer fare, but it has some fun gameplay mechanics that make it stand out in my mind. For example, rather than shooting or jumping on your enemies, the standard way of defeating your foes is by grabbing them and throwing them. There’s something undeniably enjoyable about grabbing an enemy and throwing him against the ground!The graphics aren’t impressive by any stretch of the imagination, but they serve their purpose. As for the audio, you’ll either be driven crazy by Marina’s constant cries of “Shake shake!” when she shakes something, or (like me) find it one of the game’s many inexplicable reasons that it makes you smile.In conclusion, this game, while certainly not the best on the N64, is a solid package that is worthy of a position on the shelf of any N64 fan.

I got this for my sons girlfriend. She was saying how she loved playing it in the past. I got it for her Birthday and she loved it and still plays it.
