MDK for the Sony Playstation is a pretty good action/shooter game released in 1997. In fact, you will be shooting quite often as that’s the main purpose of the game. Kill all (or most) of the enemies you encounter to advance to the next stage.I mention in another review how it’s pretty sad in my opinion that so many people feel the need to upgrade their video game consoles when there’s *so* many unpopular (though entirely enjoyable) games such as MDK that go by without hardly anyone noticing them. Once the Playstation 2 hit the market, the odds of people discovering a hidden game like MDK are *really* slim. It’s really a shame that once a new console hits the shelves, everyone runs to it like there’s a dinner bell attached to it or something.You should NEVER ignore old games just because they’re no longer brand new. Am I right? If the reviews for a game are mostly positive, then it’s probably worth owning no matter HOW many copies sold, or how many people know about the game. It makes you wonder how many other fantastic games are available for the original Playstation that hardly nobody knows about. MDK is a fast paced action game. You play Kurt Hectic, a reluctant janitor who has to save the world from aliens. As you can see, the storyline is a bit thin and makes little to no sense.However, the gameplay is great, and the graphics are more than pretty good even for today’s standards. The game is halarious and unique, with odd items such as the dummy decoy (an inflatable figure that has a crude painting of Kurt on it. Nonetheless enimise fire at it and not you) the world’s smallest nuclear explosion, and the thumper (a large hammer that pounds the ground stunning enimies). In addition, it’s halarious. I love this game and have beaten it many times, and I have to wondor why it never sold better. I highly recommend this game and any others by Shiny Entertainment.
The case was a little beat up, but the instruction booklet and disc were in perfect condition. I definitely recommend good will.
I want to say this was probably the game that created the run n’ shoot genre that’s become so popular in recent years with Battlefield, Call of Duty, Halo & Uncharted, among others. The graphics are a bit blurry & the character seems to move bizarrely fast, making it difficult to judge how much room you have and if you’ve lines yourself up correctly for a jump, but very progressive, revolutionary & fun for it’s time. Has a sequel for the PS2.
An underrated game that meets the requirements for espionage, sabotage, and elimination. Or murder, death, kill. Either way this game is amazing for your Playstation library.

I love playing this game on my CD-Rom.The graphics are terrific, the gameplay is good and there’s lots of sly wit(The dummy decoy, Bones Airstrike,the hilariously ugly and stupid bad guys).I wanna get MDK 2 soon.

Bought it from Play Raven. It came new, factory wrapped, and extremely reasonably priced! They also shipped it fast as hell. I ordered on a Saturday and got it on a Wednesday!This game is in freaking collector’s condition, which is great cause that’s why I bought it! Awesome.
