I love this game. It dose freez from time to time but i can take pictures with my hands it fun you should buy the game. The freezing is not bad at all with my copy at lest it freezes for a second.

First of all I’ve been playing Madden for over 10 years now. So I know and love the game. This game has some good things and some not so good things about it.First the good: Its Madden, so it’s the realest most true to life football game there is, for over a decade now. The rosters are well up to date and the graphics are good. They also added some new animations which makes game play more enjoyable. The franchise mode has improved also with the addition of player roles which can affect the player’s attributes and the attributes of those around them. The effects could be in a good or bad way, teammate or the opposing team. In addition the kicking has changed for the better. Now you have to use the right analog stick to kick making the kicking game more realistic. The different defensive play books are a good idea also it allows you to pick a defense that fits your style of play.The not so good: First thing, I only play on all Madden that’s the only way to play where I come from. I must say I’m not a big fan of the QB vision mainly because it’s hard to make a second read. Like when you have Joey Porter coming on a blitz and you have to hit three buttons to make another read. And if you are like me and have not so small hands it’s hard to do especially when the second read is the R2 button receiver. But I guess that adds some realism. I still think you should be able to turn the QB vision off on all madden mode though. The lead blocking… Wuusaaaa. OK do I need t.
This game continues to be the deepest of all video games, year after year. My one criticism, which I’ve always had, is that it is virtually impossible to block an extra point/field goal. If they could just fix that, it would be just about perfect.
I started playing the Superstar mode and it is FANTASTIC!! Now, you get full control of YOUR player moving him along the field and not the old way where you only controlled the ball carrier. This game is a more hands-on approach to your preferred position and helps you get INTO the game.UNTILI turned my PS2 off, went to eat, and tried to load the game. Guess what? FILE CORRUPTED!! I dont know what the heck happened… So i had to start all over again, and delete the corrupted file. I dont know if it will harm other files but BEWARE!!!
My grandson , Caleb was so excited when he opened this gift. But what thrills me more is that he plays it all the time and he goes on &on about this is the coolest game ever. So I thoroughly recommend this game .
Note: The Madden 07 Wikipedia entry says that Madden can corrupt your entire memory card. I didn’t believe this was possible, but it just happened to me. Our franchises and superstar mode files are gone along with files from my daughter’s game. It turns out that the internet is full of confirmations of this bug.Very disappointing. EA does not seem to have a solution to this problem.——————————Madden 2007 makes the most radical improvements to gameplay that I’ve seen in the series. It is absolutely worth the upgrade.You are now freed from being only the QB or RB in the game. This opens new dimensions that were never possible before. Specifically, you can be any of the players on the offensive side of the ball. Now, instead of being the RB on a running play, I like playing fullback and blowing up a linebacker to let my RB gain big yardage.My son and I have played on the same team in two-player mode for years. He was QB and I was RB. This meant that the running game was boring for him since he’d just hand the ball off and let me go. Now, he can play the FB on an I-Formation and we can run down the field together. What a dramatic difference in fun and teamwork!This freedem extends to the superstar mode. In the past, if you were a WR, you would watch your guy play his games. Now, you can actually play as the WR, TE, or any position on the field.Madden 2007 is the most innovative upgrade in years and I highly recommend it!
I never get tired of john madden. I got this game for around $23. I waited until it came down in price because I was still playing ’06. I like the revamped kicking game. The offense is more potent in this version. Of course the rosters are updated. I’ve been playing Madden games since the mid 90’s and I think its the best football game of all time. This game is a little better than the ’06 version. The only thing I didn’t like was the new trendy rock they have on the music playlist (I shut them all off and turned on the NFL classic soundtrack). A great game if you love to play football…Buy It!
I love this game so much. It has great graphics, Great effects, And great Rosters. This game only has one problem it frezzes for a couple seconds after every 4-5 plays. But overall i think EA did a great job on this game. Go Chargers! -Koda from Michigan
Typical Madden quality we’re used to seeing with some cool new features but 2 main negatives to this game:1. You can’t import your playbook into franchise mode or superstar mode.. major bummer. – what’s the point of creating a playbook you can only use in 1 on 1 exibition mode? If I am correct, I believe 2006 had the same problem, but 2005 you could import the playbook.. unless I am doing something wrong??2. Superstar mode: only one view to choose from… too bad. When I am trying to play as a running back in this mode the view is just too narrow, you can’t see the guys until they are right on top of you which really makes it impossible to run well. Give us some options with the game camera in this mode next time.3. In coach mode there could be a coach cam- similar to what the demo camera used to look like in older madden versionsStill a solid game though
