I discovered a PC demo of this game in a computing magazine many years ago and eventually bought the first 2 versions for PC. It’s great to be able to play this on my Xbox 360, too. There’s a certain wit and charm in this game that many have failed to imitate, even other Lego games. it’s lots of fun and there are many secret things to find, if you enjoy that sort of thing (which I love). It’s one of the few games I’ve completed in my busy adult life.
My kids 5y and 7y love playing the LEGO series and probably play "Lego Star Wars: The Complete Saga" the most. I like that this game is fairly non-violent and they can relate to the LEGO characters. I would recommend this for the younger kids that want a "controller" type game instead of the Kinect type games.
Bought for the grandsons for Christmas – you just never know. This game has been a huge hit (they are 8 years old) and was an excellent choice. They play for hours and hours without tiring of the game. Time will tell how long they get pleasure from this game, but for now it is a very worth purchase…
