The Empire strikes back in this sequel to the endearing Star Wars game made all of LEGOs. LEGO Star Wars II follows the Rebel Alliance’s battle to dismantle the Galactic Empire and rebuild a galaxy in pieces. From Darth Vader’s pursuit of Princess Leia aboard her blockade runner to a showdown on the reconstructed Death Star the game includes even more of the family-friendly LEGO action. For the first time ever, characters can get in and out of vehicles, as well as ride creatures. Because it’s LEGO style, you can also mix and match the body parts of more than 50 playable characters to create one of millions of possible LEGO Star Wars heroes.

My grandson loves this Lego series and loved the gift. Highly recommended for gamers and kids that love Star Wars.
i like this game, and I like the features of the game. it can be a bit frustrating at times trying to find out were your supposed to go but once you get their… its great. the 2 player feature is awsome being able to come into the game and leave the game at anytime… I wonder why other games havent thought of this before, it would make the experince that much better
Hours of Star Wars fun
I am not much for Star Wars Games in general but this one took me by suprize. I picked this up in one of those cut out bin things around christmas time for around 19.00. It was more then worth that. The graphics on the xbox 360 are incredible. There are alotta familiar faces and well known star wars characters. The levels are easier then most other star wars games I played. The lego people make it a cute ,fun game to play. The storelines are great. The levels are fun. there is also achievements on this that you unlock as you go up in levels etc. This here is one of my faves so far that I have for the xbox 360.
This is a great game- I got it for my 10 yr old nephew but I played it with him. It has great graphics and it kept his interest for hours. It isn’t violent or like some of those other games which are definitely not designed for 10 yr olds. Highly recommend.
I love to play this game with my five year old son. We have the greatest time in the lego universe. The only complaint that I would have is that some parts of the game are way to hard for him by himself. It maybe just because he is so young that it is hard but even I, an avid gamer, had some difficulty on some parts. Other than the difficulty, at some points, it is a great kids game. We enjoy hours upon hours of entertainment as we slash our way through waves and waves of Storm Troopers. If you have a son that loves Star Wars then this is a must have game.
I stopped questioning why LEGO with Star Wars was a great combination when I started to like peanut butter with pickles and pizza with milk. Traveler’s Tales and LucasArts put together a wildly popular adventure with the original LEGO Star Wars game, which took Episodes I, II, and III and mixed wacky LEGO-inspired humor with accessible gameplay. For the most part, I avoided the original game, labeling it as a “kiddy game.” With LEGO Star Wars II: The Original Trilogy, I realize my mistake and will be picking up the original as soon as possible-LEGO and Star Wars go together like cake with icing, pizza with cheese, brownies with nuts…well, unless you’re allergic to nuts.LEGO Star Wars II: The Original Trilogy isn’t a sequel, but it takes you through the original Star Wars trilogy, composed of Episodes IV, V, and VI. Those three classic films are the bread and butter of the franchise (yes, I promise I’ll stop talking about pairs from here on out). Traveler’s Tales did an absolutely amazing job recreating the films and telling the stories from each film in LEGO Star Wars II. You’ll live through all of the memorable scenes, like the Death Star trench pursuit in Episode IV, the betrayal at Bespin in Episode V, and the chaos with Jabba the Hutt at the Sarlacc Pit in Episode VI. They even do it all authentic-Han shoots Greedo first in the Mos Eisley Cantina! That’s what I’m talkin’ about, Traveler’s Tales! Each of the 18 story-based levels features a lot of shooting, things blowing.
had loads of fun playing. even after your done beating story mode you keep playing it over and over.recomended
What can you say? Legos bring the heat. This game is for all ages and provides enough challenge and replay value to keep you coming back for more. The story mode is funny with some great cut scenes but the real fun begins in the free play mode where you can customize your characters or play with others that you have unlocked. Legos have never been so much fun. This game is focused on the original first three (epsidoes 4-6) before the others came along. If you have played Lego Star Wars I the game play is about the same. The only major down fall is the crazy camera angle. other than that…this is a must buy.
I plan comic book conventions for a living, so yeah, i guess i’m just a grown up kid, but seriously? This game is THE GREATEST. i loved Legos as a kid, and i loved Star Wars the same. Playing it now, its the best of two worlds. The game is rad and offers many challenges, and gaming strategies…fun for kids and adults alike.
