My son loved this game for a long time.
Recommended to me by owner of a video game store. My five year old loves this game and it’s even fun for adults too.
We bought this game b/c we were looking for a good game for our younger son. We play Super Mario Brothers on Wii a lot, and our 5 yo daughter has picked this up. But our now 3 yo son just couldn’t get it. I wanted something that he could actually play and join the fun of the Wii. It took him a few days, but he can now play this game all by himself and he loves it! One great aspect is that when you crash, it doesn’t have to load up a new player. It just starts up again really quickly, which is key for the crashes that happen quite often. But is it appealing to older kids and adults? Yes. The first night we got this game, my husband played for 3 hours and was very happy! We have yet to really get too far into the game, but have unlocked about 3 planes (or at least my husband has).I recommend this game, it’s pretty realistic (according to my husband), fun and great for the younger kids!
Great Game! Its just plain fun. Enjoy life and get this game!
I bought this for my 4 1/2 year old grandson. I wanted something he could play and not get frustrated trying to play! He loves it. There are levels that you have to go through but he just loves flying the plane around. He’s trying to master flying through the tunnel and never seems to get bored crashing the plane and then starting over. He has learned how to land the plane smoothly and was thrilled. The only problem is that my husband asked my grandson to take a turn then played for an hour. My grandson asked me to see if he could have a turn again. My husband plays now even when my grandson isn’t over! We are ordering one for my father who loves to fly the flight simulators. The graphics are cute and colorful, it’s easy for younger children and even entertains his 2 year old brother by just watching as if it were a cartoon. I recommend this highly.
This game is easy to play and I love how there is no penalty for crashing your plane. It is very motivating for young children who are learning how to use the remote.
It’s a fun game but a little hard for our 5 year old. Our 6 year old loves it though.
This is a simple, fun, no stress flight game. 3yo son wanted a flying game and this one seemed to get best reviews for young age group and ease of use. I wanted to avoid complex control set and didn’t care about realistic physics modeling, long involved “missions”, etc. At 1st hubby was frustrated by lack of an initial menu and next to NO instructions in the printed insert (esp how to get to two player mode). You have to go through a bit of introduction flying to gain access to some basic functions that one normally expects to be there from the start (like a menu for choosing two player, missions, etc). After 10 minutes of playing around, and unlocking a more maneuverable plane, we were dog fighting and having a laugh out loud BLAST with this game. This is going to be a family favorite.
It captures his attention and he’s able to follow the basic quests and things offered in the game. I can see an adult or older kid would easily and quickly get bored with this game, but for a young kid, it’s great.
I never writer reviews but I have a 6 and 4 year old boys who love planes. they both love this game. It was easy to figure out and I have to force them to stop playing it. They got 5 other games for Christmas and they haven’t even opened the others. If your child likes planes this is a great game for them to pretend they are flying with challenging activities.
