This game that is brought to u by eletronic arts is a 5 star game. There are so many people u can play on the streets.I like it because u go reall nba teams and try to bet the tough street boys. And then it goes to another limit u can even earn the best the man Michael Jordan himself!! But to get him is the hard thing. This game is fun for about all ages even my mum who is 45 likes it, u take on the toughest looking guys who are good just didn’t have anough money to go to college so they couldn’t play pro ball so they go to there park court and don’t let any body win and thats our job!!So it is an exelent game so i sugest u get in the shops and buy it! This game is probably the most fun game i have ever played on PS2. I came on here yesterday and read the reviews for it and then went to the store to buy it. Most the time I rent a game before buying it. The graphics are awesome. You get to fake out your opponent with some bad dribbling skills and then finish it off with a through the legs dunk. I highly recommend it for every basketball fan out there!!!

Remember NBA JAM? Remember how many hours you spent playing it until you were finally sickened by it? Are you thinking that this is just a JAM clone? WRONG!NBA Street is nothing like before. It is a 3-on-3 street-ball, no rules and clock (except for a shot clock), style game. Like regular street ball, you play up to 21 by ones (2’s for long range shots) and you have to win by two, which makes it work like the "deuce" system of other sports. Here I will talk about each aspect of the game.–GraphicsThe graphics are not the best the PS2 has seen, but it certainly is awesome. The animations are really fluid and life-like. There is still some of the "plastic-ish" feel of EA Sports games, but that’s not really anything of importance.–SoundThere’s Joe The Show talking mess the whole time, and it doesn’t get repetitive like most sports games either. The background music also suits the "Street" playing style a lot–ControlThis is where the game is awesome. There’s basically four turbo buttons, which are the four shoulder buttons L1 L2 R1 and R2. Using a combination of the shoulder buttons and the "trick" button will make players do different "tricks," like slip-and-slide where a player rolls down while bouncing the ball. If a "trick" is done properly it can knock the opponent’s player down to clear a path. However, not all players can do these advanced tricks. If you have a player with low ball-handling ability.
NBA Street is a very good game. Its not too hard to beat the game and you can compete against your friend in Hold The Court or something like that. If you like basketball you should play this game. There is cool graphics, good sound, and awesome gameplay. If you don’t think you’re ready for the big games than do Street School were Joe "The Show" Jackson teaches you the game. I went to the store in the morning got it and played it for 7 and a half hours and I beat it. This game sure is fun and you get Micheal Jordan witch was very cool but at the last level you loose him and have to play against him.This game has very easy controls but I didn’t like the thing that takes away your points away.But overall its a very good game for children the controlls are the same as any other NBA game the graphics are great and you can get some really amazing. Don’t buy it because once you beat it you won’t want to play it again so rent it beat it and thats it!!!!!
So do you enjoy NBA games such as "NBA 2001" but getting sick of fouls and just want to have some fun, such as HUGE slam dunks & alley-oops, how about a little foul he and there & are you getting sick and tired of that ref blowing that DAM whistle?Well bring your game down to the streets where almost anything goes.Please dont get me wrong i love the game "NBA 2001" and i am not putting it down in any way."NBA STREET" is very fun but also can be challenging.It is 3 on 3 with some of todays NBA stars and you can push and shove all you want you also can do some amazing far fetched ally-oops.The graphics are very good and cartoonish such as a basketball game you will find at an arcade.There are ome downs to the game such as commentary as he gets a tad enoying.The music could have been better instead of a beat they could have put some rap music.The "Career Mode" is pretty good as you take on NBA teams and street basketballers in 3 on 3 action.What makes you keep going is that you unlock different players, courts & much more.The game play i enjoyable especially if you are playing 2 player mode and the controls are like any basketball game, a tad hard in the 1st few games but once you quickly work it out it becomes natural.With this game most people will enjoy it such as people who dont watch the NBA & people that are not aware of the rules.Another way to sum this game up is if you enjoyed the Super Nintendo game "NBA JAM&.
