Phenomenal game, gifted it to my brother to embrace the (3-D) fallout beginning.
Love, love, love this game. Sometimes the game freezes up but generally starts back up after a few moments. But even with the occasional freeze up, it’s worth having the goty edition.
If you haven’t played fallout 3, or if you are just getting pumped for Fallout 4, I highly recommend that you play it, or re-visit it. It is a wonderful game, and still hasn’t lost its beauty and fun. This version comes with all the add-ons, which makes it a perfect buy for newcomers or fans.
Originally I bought the Game of the Year Edition and received the regular edition. I didn’t notice until sometime later as I have two kids (aka no spare time). Normally hate complaining, but decided I REALLY wanted the game I paid for. retrolio in its infinite awesomeness exchanged it even past the normal allowed time. The game is really fun. I have played for many hours now and haven’t had any issues some people have complained about. I have really enjoyed this game.
I love Fallout and this game is no exception. It has an amazing storyline and impressive gameplay that is action packed and filled with emotion that is definitely worth the experience. I know Fallout 4 is out now, but I didn’t have any systems to play it. Fallout 3 is still an amazing game even though it’s now 6 years old and it will remain amazing for years to come along with all the Fallout games before and after it. 5/5
Item as was stated, fast shipping, great shop, and highly recommended…Thank you.
This game was one of the best I’ve ever played. The story to the awesome game-play makes this a game worth picking up. I never had problems with shipping or the quality of the disk everything was in perfect condition. Since this game is game of the year edition, it includes up to 4 more dlc content. From taking over an alien spaceship to killing zombies in the wasteland, there is never a dull moment you will have while playing this game.
Works fine, however with all the DLC’s installed, there will be increased lag in-game. To fix this for PS3, a SSD hard drive is highly recommended. I did it and its amazing! No more lag and very fast loading times, feels like a bought a new console.
If you have never play the games you may love it. I have never play the previus ones and I enjoyed the experience. The only problem was the glitches while playing.
Fallout was my introduction to the Role-Playing genre! I loved the customization of the character, and journeying across the vast wasteland for one single purpose…to find you father. But you have to survive the Raiders, the zombified Feral Ghouls, the Super Mutants, and every other danger of the waste first. Bethesda out did themselves on this one. I bought the Game of the Year Edition of Fallout 3, because like I said in my review of Fallout New Vegas Ultimate edition, I dont have internet thats good enough to go on the Playstation store, and buy them all individually. So I got the next best thing…a disc with the base game and all of the DLC in it! Now, because I never played the DLC, I’ve only completed 2.5 out of the 5 dlc, but i’ll do my best to tell you.1. The Capitol Wasteland is vast (disregarding the other maps added by dlc) in its own right. Based in post-apocalyptic Washington D.C., its a huge map, with alot of ground to cover! There are two major factions…the Brotherhood of Steel, who are steel aromer clad Crusaders who fight the Super Mutant menace. And then theres the Enclave, who are basically post apocalyptic Nazi’s. No spoilers…but most of the story greatly revolves around the conflict between the two factions.2. The dlc add a bunch of new areas to explore, like Pittsburgh in the Pitt, the virtual training sim of Alaska, the swamps of Maine in Point Lookout, a f***ing Alien ship! Yeah…alot of places.3. There is a plethora of armor and weapons in the.
