There are no complaints about the shippers, or the quality of the disc that I received. I was aware coming into this purchase the downsides to this game (glitchy, frame rate issues, character model short comings) but was pleasantly surprised about the ease of control and the dynamic dialogue choices and consequences. All around not terrible game. The story is definitely what pushes me further on into the game. Once again kudos to the shop/shipper. My package was actually early by a day!

bought this for my son and husband. they seemed to enjoy it but i only rated it as fair in my opinion compared to other xbox games i viewed
I bought this when it came out and played the first Chapter and put it aside. I decided to pick it back up over the holiday break and I am glad I did. I have read the books as they were released and I watch the HBO show. I am 50 and have been playing games for over 20 years years and mostly play RPG’s. Once I got used to the mechanics (and also swallowed my pride and moved down to easy) I was able to get into the game. THE STORY IS INCREDIBLE AND FANS OF BOOK WILL LOVE IT. The problem might be book and the show fans that are not big gamers might find the game portion too hard and gamers who are not fans of the book and show might find the story portions boring and the game play to unreliable. (Notice I said unreliable not easy because there is an issue with the game play that it can be too easy on EASY but if you move up out of the blue you can get stuck were you die over and over.) There is more strategy involved in the game playing than normally found in RPG’s that are targeted to people that might not be seasoned gamers. Even on easy I hit some places where I just kept dying until I figured out the proper strategy. I am afraid casual gamers might not hang in there until they figure it but they will be missing out on a GREAT story if they give up. (Online help is your friend.)Remembering the pre Final Fantasy 7 days of RPG’s I do not really get the complaints on graphics. If you liked Dragon Age Origins then graphics here will be fine. Also, since this is stor.

I am a hardcore RPG fan, and recently had started reading the Game of Thrones Books. Fans of the literary series who also love to play RPG will find this game engrossing. The battle system is unique in that it slows down while you fight and does not completely stop time. I was looking for a fast playing RPG game for my XBOX360, and this game definitely hit the right spots! So far I am happy with the weapons and armor that you have access to, I think perhaps if they were serious in making online content, a new pet (direwolf) would be nice, as well as different armor sets and some sort of random generated map system with enemies would be a pretty good start!Overall worth the money, even used.
