It is what it is. It ain’t what it ain’t. Fans of franchise will glean some enjoyment here. Controls once you get used to them aren’t as bad as people say. Story is perfect length and then you can spend as long as you like online, as of today, the online is very active. There’s a campaign here that includes a well-known actor as a villain, and adds a couple new crew members to the Fast Family. Dom, Roman, and Letty are in the campaign as well.
For what it is, it lives up to the fans’ expectations of a Fast game. Single player is shorter than it should be, Online play is okay, vehicles are fun except for 2 harder than they should be levels. If you like Stuntman, Saint’s Row, Spy Hunter (from back in the PS2 days) then you can find some enjoyment here as well.
