First off, let me emphasize the fact that this game is more geared towards fans of the film, than it is to hard core tabletop gamers. If you’re expecting an overly intricate game, you won’t get it here. It’s a good game. Very much close to being a copy of River Horse’s Labyrinth board game. These are the only two games I’ve played from this company, and they’re terribly similar to one another. But, as a fan of both films, I do enjoy the games. Overall, a decent game for play, a good game for fans that collect memorabilia related to the film.
I haven’t tried the game play yet but from what I received this is very beautifully detailed. I love the pieces. Even the box is nice and has a little window to show off the figures within. You wouldn’t do that unless you put a lot of work and detail into it, obviously. Great set.
You really have to know the movie to understand the game. Great fun for anyone who enjoys The Dark Crystal.

Visually one of the most stunning games on the market. The miniatures are pieces of art.As for the game itself: there are so much better ones.Still, as a Dark Crystal fan from day 1 I had to have this, so zero regrets!
