Great game and I love Fist of the North star It would be better if the classic character designs were available
Fast delivery! When this game first came out, I played the Japanese version not knowing what was being said. This game is awesome in English!
great
Gift for my son, loved the game
As the title states, a game that I believe will be more fun for fans than for general gamers. It closely follows the plot of the comics and cartoon and is ridiculously violent; if you are in the mood for that kind of bloody carnage it’s perfect. For non-fans it will probably be a bit repetitive, but it’s cheap now so pick it up just for the exploding heads.
It is a very fun game. I purchased it for my husband and he just raves about it. The game arrived in a timely fashion. It is not the type of game you will beat in a few days. It will take a while to finish the entire game. If you are looking for a game that is challenging and fun this is the game to purchase.
Perfect
Bougt this game when retrolio made it for 22bucks ! =D cheap so i bought along other games i put the game isntalled it and what not from the start is hitting and killing and destroying Alot of blood they explode really fun game =D i advice if ur a fan of it also ;p
great for what it is…Dynasty Warriors wrapped with Hokuto No Ken. Got it for nostalgia reasons. Sluggish controls when using Kenshiro, mindless button mashing fun. Played for a week straight and is now collecting dust.
In 1983, the Fist of the North Star manga burst onto the scene and included such awesomeness as martial artists that look like a cross between Arnold Schwarzenegger and Mad Max, characters throwing balls of energy and other cool looking supernatural moves, characters saying the names of these cool moves after performing them, and lots and lots of graphic violence. 1991, Street Fighter 2 hit the arcades, incorporating many Fist of the North Star-type coolisms. It was obviously influenced by the manga, with ripped characters announcing the names of moves in Japanese, and throwing energy balls, etc. However, 23 years later, the Street Fighter series is still stuck on a single, 2-dimensional plane. We still have one character, fighting another character, with no surrounding world or anything else. What’s worse, it seems most hand-to-hand fighting games have felt themselves constricted the rules of a genre which no longer apply, with the huge technological advances over the last two decades in video game hardware and graphics.Enter Fist of the North Star: Ken’s Rage. Going back to the original manga which Street Fighter copiously borrowed from, the makers of the game have expanded vastly on hand-to-hand fighting games. Now we can move freely about in a fully 3D, realistic world, and we can take on hordes of enemies. We can throw balls of energy (Toki’s charged energy ball throw is very reminiscent of Ken and Ryu’s from SF2), we can take out dozens of underlings with a huge energy.
