this is the most purfict game for ppl that get bord r even if u can afourd to go out much long as i have internet and 13 dollars a mouth u can play this game i been plaing for like 5 years now and i love it get to meet new ppl and make friends . oh ya thank about 13 dollars mouth for fun can bet that can u . just rember one thank real life come first so dont get to hooked lol . it realy easy to get hook on this game trust me but long as u now u got to take care of real life first u be ok and makes game more fun to .
Hello!I am a player of 5 years and I must say this game is very fun to play. If you want something quick and easy this is not the game for you. Please look into other games like World of Warcraft. Contrary to popular belief, you can solo pretty easily in this game now, but back when it was first out the only job that can possibly solo was Beastmaster.They have added things that will give you faster experience, more buffs like regen and refresh from a book called Fields of Valor. I have soloed Thief in this game 1-75 with relative ease using these books and different areas. You need to research what you’re doing beforehand, and it’s not as simple as slashing a monster a few times.As for group like things, many things have been dumbed down to the point where it used to take a full party of 6 players it now only takes 2-3 people to complete. I will agree with some of the other reviews and say it is more of an old player base, many have already completed missions and do not want to do them again. I have seen a lot of people that still need the missions though, and there are new players coming about.One thing you have to understand this game has been out quite awhile, and is slowly riding out the rest of its years. There is a new game already in the making and is in current Beta Testing sequence the game is called Final Fantasy XIV (or 14) this will be an online game as well.Currently the level cap for FFXI is being increased from 75 level to level 99 so there will be more people.
One of the best game online, and one of the oldest game as well, hundreds of quest, creation of character is easy, although would attract more players if you can customize your character like oblivion customization, character creation has a limit which i give that below average, lots of activities and wide range of adventure land.Leveling is now better than a few years back were easy prey gives you 15 experience point at the most, experience points now could gives you at least 100 experience point which is good, a lot of jobs to choose from and off course you do some research on how you complete quest and missions, and that’s the only thing about this game, you can not depend on those NPC telling you what to do. Do some research on how to finish the quest, old players post their experience on how to complete their missions and quest.It’s fun, you won’t notice the time that flies fast.
i’ve been collecting the FFXI games since a while ago they have the best game boxes ever, the game is awesome and lovely to play

As an avid MMO’er, I still think FFXI has the best content for its buck amongst all it’s online competitors. I’ve been playing FFXI since it’s Japanese beta and this game is truly amazing even after its several year lifespan. The controls are highly customizable through easy to learn macros. The player may use the keyboard alone in play or combine the use with the computer mouse.The graphics are great in HD mode (max settings in the FFXI graphic tool). If you have a lower end system, the game is still beautiful in default mode. The game has a solid population over 2 million. You can always find a party or someone to help you out in a needed quest, in game mentor, and etc.In 2009, the developers has tuned the game to their customers wishes. They introduced a encryption device for in game use and new mini expansions you can purchase via in game & download. Also, you can download the game directly from online vendors for half the cost of the retail price.FFXI has a slower feel than most MMO’s on the market. The slower process gives you time to truly customize your character’s strengths. Thus, gives you the feeling of actually walking in your character’s shoes. The mature player base and community shines above the rest. The game’s crafting is complex and addictive. Bird raising is an art form and is quite fun. Racing your own bred bird in nation events is addictive and fun. Not to mention the art of capture and battle your favorite monsters in via chamber events. There is so much.
