I got this for my sons as a Christmas gift they were happy. It was in great condition and all though they do not have the system anymore it was a great buy. My sons sold it to get something else they wanted.
It was a great PS3 nothing wrong with it, although I had a concern because the power cord didn’t work, SO I used my old PS3 power cord and it worked fine. No flaws, it was new and it works perfect.
the only problem is the controller but everything else works fine
I finally decided to write a review despite the fact that I got this thing in 2011. Whats more to like? Blu Ray, free online, hd, netflix, EVERYTHING, well almost. 10/10, sorry for being simple, the ps3 is just so awesome.

I’m generally very satisfied with this purchase. Everything works beautifully and the console and controller were clean and packaged nicely. After several days following setup, I noticed the console wobbled a tad from the back right corner, as if it were uneven. One of the little rubber stoppers was missing so that explained why it was unleveled. But honestly it’s nothing noticeable or detrimental to the system so I have no complaints. You have to push on the back for it to move unevenly about a quarter of an inch, no big deal. Great shop, would buy again.
Great system! Many different uses via the internet including Netflix. Loads of free games on-line to download to the system. My only complaint is that it will not play PS2 games. You can play the PS1 games all day, but not your PS2 games. Be prepared to purchase another controller if you want to play 2 player games. Otherwise, it’s great! I have heard complaints of it being too loud, I have not had an issue of it being too noisy. Sure, it is louder than the older systems, but it is not an overpowering noise.
Bought this for my nephews when they visit, I keep my own PS3 in my bedroom and did not want the boys in there all night long playing when they come over every other weekend. Has worked out just fine.
Nice game system, but it doesn’t play PS2 games. Other than that I recommend getting a fan underneath the system. Plays DVDs and Blue ray.
