This is a really fun game to revisit if you remember playing it back in the day. It’s nice to see uncle scrooge back in action. It also makes you realize how far games have come in the last 20 years… It really couldn’t hold my 8 year old’s attention.Either way its fun and I liked the original and this one.
Love this game! It was my favorite growing up and I love playing it with my kids. Now if we could just bring back Aladdin!
Bought as a gift for husband who just got a Wii U. He was so excited! Duck tales was his favorite show as a kid and he had this game on an older game system as a child. He said it is almost the exact same game and he had a TON of fun playing it and reminiscing on growing up with his brothers watching these ducks!
After recently purchasing a wii u I decided to pick this up with madden 13 since all I had to play was Super Mario U which came with the system.I think that this game was done well and is worth the price of admission,it is however a short game, one that can be finished in a matter of a few hours. In ending I will say that i think its worth buying and hope that more games from the nes days will be rereleased,i personally would love for the original Bionic Commando to be rereleased…Hint hint :)
I played this game as a kid in the 90s so it was fum to play it again as an adult that my own child will play in a few years. I beat this game pretty easily but still a lot of fun and worth the $15
This game is incredibly fun, and addicting (played it for three hours the first time)! It’s similar to games like super Mario bro u, and super Mario 3D in that you have to collect things in different worlds and defeat a big "boss" at the end of that world, but to me it’s much less frustrating and more user friendly. I have trouble in super Mario with the time limits, and it’s very hard to play solo since you often need other players to help you jump higher or to sacrifice one of their lives to get a hard to reach coin. DuckTales is challenging, even on easy mode, but is not pull-your-hair-out frustrating. The GamePad controls were very easy to master after viewing the electronic manual. The graphics are beautiful, and the music is very fitting. You start with three hearts of full health, then whenever you run into bad things, you take a hit of either a half or a full heart. When your hearts are gone, you die, but the best part is it immediately starts you off in the section you were just in without you having to do anything – no restarting the entire world, no pushing buttons. I had to be reborn numerous times in each of the three worlds on easy I cleared, but with perseverance, I succeeded. It’s so fun to be able to try, try, try until you succeed without having to redo everything. You also don’t have to worry about collecting your treasures again-if you’ve already grabbed it, it’s yours, even if you die. The voice acting is spot on and takes me back to wa.
Capcom has been acting real strange over the last few years, making moves that range from awesome to downright boneheaded. I would classify Ducktales remastered under `Awesome’. Developed by wayforward and published by capcom & Disney. It is a remake of the classic NES game Ducktales developed and published by Capcom and Disney in 1989 for the NES.Popping in the disc into the console you are greeted with a black screen with the title “Ducktales” and “press +” with 8-bit inspired tune that quickly forms a synergy with Synth: pure awesomeness. The background changes to a scrolling panoramic view of Duckberg, instantly raising my expectations for this game. The story is straightforward; you play the duck who uses mountains of cash as slides and the piles of gold coins as his personal swimming pool. Yes you get to play the one and only Scrooge McDuck, who is on a quest to locate five treasures spread across various locations and increase his net wealth even further. The added (skippable) cutscenes spread liberally throughout the game are clearly based on episodes from the show. Ducktales remastered masterfully captures the very essence of the source material. Though it does artificially stretches the length of the game considerably the acting is top notch and it is a real treat hearing most of the voice cast of the show reprising their respective roles.Gameplay is simple, you can run around, climbing ropes, jump, and use your pogo to attack enemies. Controls are easy to pickup and.
After recently purchasing the Wii U I found this game which brought back some nostalgia from my NES days. So with an amazing price I picked it up. Definitely was a good purchase but not as fun as I remember as a kid. The graphics are great and levels are fun. Purely a remake of the NES game. Shipping was nice and quick
The only difference I noticed was that the bosses are no longer one-trick ponies. They now have more than one attack, but are not any more difficult to defeat. My only complaint is the videos they have added all throughout the game. I finally realized you can press "+" and select to skip it, but they don’t actually let you know that so I watched quite a few before discovering that. I have already played through and beaten this game on easy and all the levels are from the original (less the very short "intro" level). If you are expecting additional levels, you will be disappointed. Also be aware that the regular Wii remotes do not work with this game. I had to use the game pad, which is definitely worth an eye roll since the Nintendo also has only 2 buttons and there is no reason it shouldn’t work. All of that out of the way, it was a lot of fun and I would highly recommend, keeping in mind that it’s listed for under $20 since it’s only a couple of hours of gameplay (probably because I have lost a few steps since last playing this game…stupid pogo timing…).
todo perfecto, el juego llego en la fecha indicada, sellado perfecto funcionamiento
