Addicted to DBZ but the only thing wrong was my brother took over the game before I got to play. Anyways I understand considering I use to play when I was a little girl. He is loves it.
If you want to get the best fighting experience from a Dragon Ball Z game you must get this. The only downside is the soundtrack they changed it for another OST, if you’re like me (a fan of the originals) you’ll be expecting the amazing soundtrack the PS2/Gamecube versions had, these versions don’t have bad soundtracks it’s just that I’m probably missing the original OST’s. Other than that you get what you expect, HD remastered graphics and ready to be played on new Full HD TV’s. Great games. 4/5 because of the soundtrack change.
Excellent game, pure childhood!!! I didn’t like Budokai 1 though
I like the upgradeds for budokai 3 but some of the old soundtrack should of stay on the game like cell game original sound vegeta’s sayian sage and broly soundtrack an also majin buu sage soundtrack. In the end of all that it’s still the greatest dragon ballz games of all times thanks you retrolio and funimation I hope there remake budokai tenkaichi 3D but again.

got lots of Charicters new and old, a nice leveling system, witch can be fun,, soo many unlockables, and increased difficulty modes.i only give this a 4 star rating. because they removed the original sound track that i loved so much on the PS2 Version (and does not include budokai 2)
Sweet game takes me back to my childhood.
I played both Budokai and Budokai 3 extensively when they came out on PS2. In particular, I loved Budoaki 3. This revised version looks and plays great. The graphics were given a boost and the controls (for the PS3 version) are exactly the same so I was able to just pick up the controller and go. The music is different due to copyright issues (I think), which is definitely a let down. The original music was spectacular, especially the opening. However, if you loved playing these games, you’ll get over the music. It’s not terrible or anything, just different than what you’re used to. I can’t stress this enough: if you loved the Budokai games, buy this. You won’t regret it.
