I have a 3 year old and a 5 year old and this game is perfect for them. The three year old can just run off and smack at things while the 5 year old gets the mission done. It’s beautifully done and fun enough that I’ll play with them without being bored. There are downloadable levels (that you pay for) and we’ve bought two of them, but they’re a bit pricey. I’d rather they just had an expansion with five new levels for $15 or something. This is the first game we’ve gotten that my little guys can play (mostly) without help, would definitely recommend for ages 3-10, may get a bit boring after that.
Fun game. My young kids love it. Glad we got it used for less than five bucks. Would definitely recommend to other families.

Wow, my kids are actually crazy about this game. Got this on a whim because they have asked for Disney Infinity and I was saving that for Christmas. This turned out to be a great idea because it satisfied their desire for a Disney game and it is great fun. There is constant laughing and carrying on when they play together.

This games is great. I play with my kids (girls 6&4). A lot of levels, easy menu. At the beginning I had to help them sometimes, but now the older one can play all by herself all the levels. They love it. We also got Madagascar and Toy story 3, but they are not so interested and excited when they play. one of the best games! I wouldn’t change a thing.
Purchased this for my 6 yr old, but my 3 yr old tries to get in on the action also since its 1-4 players. It’s a cute game that I don’t mind the kids playing.
It is difficult to find good kids games for Xbox. Like PS3, it is dedicated more to skilled gamers who love shoot-em-ups and sports games and have the skill to use the controllers without the need for in game instructions. Most Xbox games give you a quick peek at the controller buttons in the pamphlet, but not all do. That makes it hard for kids to use when they have to find those instructions in the game itself. Disney Universe is a great game for youngsters (and fun for adults). Easy to play as some of the old Nintendo games with simple movements and directions.
I bought this game for my 3 and 5 year olds to play. My older sons, 17 and 15, help them play it, and some of the areas would be very difficult for the little ones to complete without their help. My older sons however don’t love the game as much as the little ones, but I didn’t buy it for them. It is a little more advanced for the new little players, but it’s a safe game that is very colorful and nice graphics. I think it is something they can play for quite a while since it isn’t too easy. I would recommend it for young players.
I have a 5 and 7 year old and purchased this product to give us something that we can all play together at the same time. Sometimes my wife will even join in on the fun. Four people are admittedly a bit much as it becomes difficult to keep track of your own character in all the chaos. But three is perfect. And there is no split screen, which I like. The game offers some challenges for the kids but is not too difficult. Each playable world is a different Disney theme based on a different character/movie so there is plenty for them to choose from. All in all, this is a really cool family game that I would recommend.
