To really appreciate this game I think you have to be a fan of Terry Pratchett’s discworld. The plot is loosely based on “Guards, Guards” except that Rincewind takes the place of Vimes, and there are a lot of other changes, too. Still, there were appearances by many of my favorite Discworld characters and a lot of amusing action along the way.The game is in some ways a satire of a “find the egg, take it to the witch, make an omelette, take the omelette to the dragon, the dragon will give you a key….etc….” role-playing game, but there are plenty of on-line walkthroughs if you get stuck. Dialogue is great, and in some places it seems more Monty Pythonish than Pratchetty, but that is not a bad thing.I bought a used copy, and I had to borrow an old Playstation to play it, so I don’t know where the glitches came from, but I would advise saving as often as possible.
Diskworld is a fun game. Whatever your age you will like this clasic PSone game. The game does have some adult tone.But t is done in a way that is down right funny. A must have.

If you enjoy Monty Python. You totally get a kick out of playing this game. The dialogue is absolutely hilarious and it has tons of replay value. One caveat – you may need a guide as some of the objects are difficult to find and even weirder to understand where to use them. Most of all, though, this game is rapidly getting difficult to find and seems to be rising in price. I’ve seen it for as high as $400 on some collector’s sites. You might want to pick it up while you can cheap.“No enemies had ever taken Ankh-Morpork. This game is, without question, one of the best games of all time. Based on the books, you play Ricewind, the inept wizard seeking a way to do-away a dragon. It is hillarious (like the books), good graphics and wonderful dialogue. If you ever spot this, GET IT! It’s very rare and very, very magnificent.’Nuff said.
