This is one of the BEST driving games of all time! While dirt 1 had a few issues, Dirt 2 and Dirt 3 are awesome! I use it with an older Logitech wheel and peddles that I used on my old PS 3 and it works great. This game is not only a challenge, but beautiful to look at and the handling, force feedback, and all are great. It’s also fun and the fireworks at the end of most races adds to the enjoyment. Don’t hesitate to buy this classic!

I love the Rally in the game, I’m over the moon that they have upped the quantity and quality of pure rally events (though I find the stages too short). The physics engine is top notch, the wheel support is second to none. The racing is a great challenge and the Rally Cross is a great diversion. I adhore the ceareer mode set up however there is way too much trick driving “Gymkhana” for my taste. That being said the Gymkhana based multi-player “party games” are fantastically entertaining.Definately a BUY without hesitation.Other than the “too much gymkhana” thing, the only drawbacks really are the need for things like VIP codes to access full multiplayer, not an issue for me as I bought it new on retrolio, however had I bought it used, I would have had to shell out extra cash and all the DLC comes at a price as well.
You gotta love this game! The graphics are astonishing, weather conditions, drifts, damage on the car…everything looks so real. However, don’t play on easy level as it helps you too much and you can’t make a mistake. It helps you brake, it shifts your gears before making hard turns and so on. Use at least intermediate level. You will get more reality. It is hard to steer with dualshock so I would have to try steering wheel. Anyone who likes racing games will like this one for sure and even those who are sceptical about racing will have to try it to give any additional comments. This game is must have. Highly recommended.
