I’ve enjoyed almost every game in this series, but BoFIII is fantastic!Graphically, I love the bright 3D environments with sprite characters.The turn-based combat is fun and has everything a turn-based combat system should have.My one complaint…it’s too short! :)
I remember playing the game at a friend’s house when released and the video store was still renting gaming systems, we played for an entire weekend. Some tiring puzzles throughout but nothing impeeding gameplay – great series and a must own for any rpg fan.

This is a great game. I had this game for the first time when I was in high school, and since then this has always been one of my favorie RPG’s. The Accession system is very unique, as are other elements about this game. The Master system/Skill Notes options is one of my favorites, as not only do characters learn spells and abilities unique to each character, but the fact that you can apprentice any character to a master, remove any skills taught that you don’t like to the Skill Notes, and perhaps most importantly, give the skill to the proper team mate. The story itself is addicting, as are all the party members, side quests, and enemies you will face. Some of the things you must do to continue the story itself aren’t your average run-of-the-mill RPG way of doing things, but Capcom indeed has a jewel here that will glimmer for the ages. It’s too bad that they just don’t make them like they used to.In case the title of this review confuses you, I did purcahse this game from an retrolio.com shop, but it was lost in the mail and my money returned. I don’t blame retrolio nor the shop for this, as our USPS central hub was moved from London to Lexington, which is much farther away and apparently still learning the ropes. Enjoy!

I originally bought this game when it first came out back in 97, but as things go i got a PS2 n got rid of all of my PS stuff. I fell in love with the game from the second i started playing it. So while browsing some PS games I came across the game and had to re-acquire it. Luckily my brother still had his old PS console. I’ll say this, anyone who has not played this game before should get it & play it fully. Enjoy the fishing, the fairy village, the different “Masters”, and the storyline itself.
Clean copy, works great. Can tell the disc was cleaned though and a layer was stripped away from the looks of it but it works perfectly so far.
One of the best RPGs ever and my top 4 with Final Fantasy 7 ,Grandia ,legend of the Dragoon.I own this game when it first came out and just bought it to reminisce just as good as first time
